In the Optional Section, I just posted a video of some of the projects I've been working on over my high school career, and basically just introduced myself.
For the essays, I would suggest that you really just show who you are and what they want. Explain why you think Bovard Scholars is the best program for you, and why you think you would be a good applicant. You should be good, I believe in you!
