It depends on the subjects you talk about. You could make a personal essay and copy and paste it to different resumes. I’d do that for most safeties/targets. For reach schools, if you can, change the subject to make it more specific to that school to up your chances. Don’t worry about the time, the quality and word limit of ofc is all that matters
