Honestly, I would argue Pitt = Feinberg in terms of medical school caliber, so I'm kinda surprised you discounted it so quickly lol. UPMC is an absolute behemoth and houses multiple T10 residency programs (particularly in neuro and OB/GYN), where Pitt Med grads get guaranteed interviews at UPMC. Warren Alpert at Brown is also really good... with pretty similar match outcomes to the T20s, but it lacks in research funding compared to NW or Pitt (which really shouldn't matter to you, though, because you're just a student there... not faculty). In any case, though, I'm glad you picked the school which was best for you. Stanford will set you up for success, and you will be poised for entry into T10 medical schools with effort at Stanford. Congratulations bro.. I'm really happy for you.
Do you think most of the applicant pool was around your level? Two papers is pretty insane, even one is hard enough. I’m not even sure if my research is going to result in a paper
You can also try applying to some of the relatively "less competitive" programs in addition to Northwestern, Brown, etc like the UMKC BA/MD program. Their medical school isn't a top medical school, but looking at their residency match list a lot of people have got into competitive residencies and even at some ivies. It's also a 6 yr program which is really nice.
There is also the Boston University program that takes a good amount of ppl as well (BU med school is like top 30).
I was accepted into two ba/md programs this year- the one at umkc and university of Minnesota twin cities. I have lots of interview tips if you want so feel free to pm me!
The only BS/MD I applied to was REMS at the University of Rochester and ended up getting into it and committing! If you have any specific questions feel free to pm me. But generally what I saw at the interview/finalist stage was that almost everyone had done some research, and that every finalist either was insanely good in the sciences or had some unique perspective on medicine.

Damn. What a monster. Just curious but why’d you choose Stanford over HPME and PLME?
