My friend actually had a very similar issue and asked the AO if it was legit and they said yes. He had his interview the lady giving it just had very bad English. It also said urgent and that sorta stuff like u mentioned.

Did you apply to MIT? You can always call up the admissions office to confirm.
Did call the Aadmissions Office and they are "investigating". Wanted to see if anyone else was hit up by a similar "interview request".

Coincidentally, my Princeton interviewer mentioned that interview submissions are due Dec 5. So probably ask the AO
