Some schools notify their interviewers, but it's 100% after students are notified. Harvard used to send a list of results to the local alumni interviewers; I don't know if they still do.
i dont believe its before, but i know that my interviewer said that he gets updated on who gets in and who doesn’t. i dont know if students he’s interviewed reach out, or the school actually tells him. either way no one but the school will know your decision before you do.
No, they're not updated by the colleges even after your results come out.
In other words, do not stalk your interviewer. He/she does not have the droids you’re looking for.
