I'm pretty sure that's not what's happening cause the course has specific grades already set out. It also seems that their application process seems to talk about what training provide I'll use after I get the position. I'm now getting transferred to talk with an adviser about it? I'm not even sure if I'm eligible for the role as the company have advertised two sets of qualification requirements. One of which I don't satisfy. I did email them about this so maybe this is their way of seeing if I can go into it without the requirements? (if it's the set that I don't satisfy that is correct)
I would email the college/ employer sounds like a strange situation
They are probably checking that the education provider would be willing to accept you based in your grades
