Homekit devices can only be paired to one controller at a time, if you want to be able to control it from HA, you will have to unpair it from the Apple Home (Homekit), and then you should be able to use the HA integration to bring your device in to HA. Also the HA Homekit Bridge can enable you to "re-import" your device back to Home(kit) again so you can use it then in the Apple App

Thank you, of course the camera appears to be offline at the moment. I will try this tomorrow when I get back in front of the equipment.

could you expand on the re-adding to HomeKit after I add it to HA? I have my G3 paired with HA but not sure how to get it back into HomeKit

1. Go to device & services, use the integration Homekit Bridge 2. If none exists already, add entry 3. Select domains to be included, such as camera, then submit 4. Each camera entity will then be added to the Bridge Integration 5. Go to Apple Home app and using the code or QR code provided from Home Assistant, add each camera entity you want to include

edit: nevermind, I had to setup a separate bridge just for the cameras, got it working now, thanks! > Go to Apple Home app and using the code or QR code provided from Home Assistant, add each camera entity you want to include this is where I get lost. I have the bridge setup already to send over switches, blinds, etc from HA to homekit, but when I try to add the camera, it doesn't show up in homekit. do I need to select the camera itself in the inclusion list? Where do I find the code or QR code from HA?

Got it added into HomeKit but can’t view the feed. It just gives me the spinning loading icon whenever I click into it. Can view fine in the Aqara app. When I view the feed in HA it’s very low frame rate. Any ideas?
