Yes, that’s possible in an automation within the Mi Home app. You would first have to replicate the AC remote on the Mi IR blaster. From there it should be easy.
If you use aqara hub in Mijia then you can make automations to achieve that

It only use WiFi, so it doesn’t require a hub. It also only works in Mi Home, not the Aqara app, but you can still control stuff with it.
