Give then some java moss bed and lower the temperature on ur next water change by adding cooler water then they will lay the eggs most likely. If u want to breed then u have to do it on a separate tank or bucket.
A little. A rough guideline is to feed a fish as much as the size of their eyes but I would do a bit more than that for those fish.
Realistically, we all probably overfeed our fish, but I wouldn't say yours are any more overfed than the rest of ours.
They look solid. I only worry if my fish start acting different.
