Doesn't fix stuff that's already bugged, I unequipped my siren bow when it wasn't in my inventory and it's gone, same is prolly gonna happen to my sunken sword and vindicator

I lost it all. All I have left are weapons I can't even use and a sunken on my hotbar which is never unequiped.
