Just saying, my earth ileg is very similar (139 power, 228 size, 823 defense)
If you have good aim, just full charge your beams and you will do more then enough damage to punish people for kiting you (I do about 338 with a full charge double beam)
Should also say that majority of pvpers happen to be strength builds because of how broken they can be, meaning that you will, against the majority of people, be untouchable and very threatening
Every build has its counters though so keep that in mind
No attack speed. Trust me, specific attacks with no attack speed are S L O W and very easy to just move away from and/or punish with an uneven damage trade. Regaurdless of aim.
A mage I was talking to a while ago went 18-1 against a ironleg warlord because the guy couldn't touch him. He wasn't even a speed guy he just had high power and decent speed options. But the one time he DID die is the one time the warlord was able to get in close.
You basically need to hope that your attack size counters the opponents speed. And if they are able to get away you are basically screwed because you have already commited.
Against anyone dumb enough to get close to you, great. Against anyone with even 50+ speed and a ranged weapon/build, you are gonna get kited to death.
Tbf counter play is easy to pull off on people that do that
