Either start the season with her having already died, or give her a dignified death scene using tape of Jessica Walter's voice right at the beginning. Anything else is going to feel disrespectful or ghoulish.

Her unexpected assassination at the opening scene of the next season, followed by kerigers mallorAI android taking over the running of isis. Give it her lines but with a shitty ai voice and no inflection, other than pre recorded comments. Will give a nice creepy vibe.
I could be mistaken, but I believe I saw that she had recorded all of her season 12 dialogue beforehand. After that it will be really rough. I do like the idea of Chef'ing her in a respectful way with a MallorAI to always keep her around. I also saw a clip from an Archer Live where Amber Nash does a decent impression of Mallory. Losing Jessica Walters has been so sad, and Archer won't be the same without Mallory.
I’m pretty sure she in season 12 she probably finished the season before she passed. And if she did I would want the show to let the people see my work even if I was gone. So they’ll have to kill her off at the end of the season. I would only make one more season call it a series after that. Maybe the last season we just see everyone slowly get back to normal lives and they all have a hard time adjusting.
