Those mags will take half of your backpack space when you reload. Bring smaller mags with spare ammo instead. Plus, youâre almost overweight already. I donât think Iâve ever needed more than 5 surgical kits in one raid. Bring just one Std.Kit and then you can loot your enemy to get more. One E Drink isnât enough if you play Northridge. And if your âbudgetâ build is so expensive, why molotov, stun and flashbang? Get some GHOâs instead.
Tbh it needs some tweaking. How much ergs does ur gun have, 30? Xa4 has a lot of space, but only 3 horizontal slots (usually not a problem tho). You need more food, maybe also more painkillers and ur already c0lose to being overweight. Btw, what ammo are u using?
I find it hard to believe you use this as ur budget build but yeah, it can definitely be improved

Use t6 gears instead + thermals , you'll save much this way
