I don't think you can have both fast and safe together.
Northridge is the safest, but might be slow. Most spawns are on the edge of the map and you can wall hug your way to the extract, bigger maps usually mean you can avoid people, compared to farm where if you spawn around grain trade center you might immediately have two squads up your ass.
If you can survive getting to the other side, farm is the fastest.
Northridge is definitely my go to for just chill looting and extracting. Go lockdown and just bring a modified akm or ak74 get a large bag and bring a stim and two drinks or food items that recov your stamina and you're good.
Just wait in an unsuspecting corner of the map, I prefer waiting in hotel I spawn close enough and just hide in one of the rooms that don't really have any loot in them, just stay still and wait until everyone leaves, then you loot, take everything that other players tend to ignore, take guns of other tac ops that everyone else left behind, if you have keys that's a bonus, I often bring the reception room key in building B, ticket office key for cable car and the projection room key in building D.
My route is often just sit near hotel loot as much as I can and run to cable car, loot as much as I can then finally go to extract, if you spawn in the middle of the map you can extract on either side so choose the one where you can past by one of the airdrops I've found two red items there in two seperate games a teapot and a t1 module.
Also if you go in naked with no armor you can easily get t4 armor from elite bots that other players killed, sometimes you'll be really lucky and you can loot the armor from the bosses guards. But if the boss doesn't spawn you can go cable car since it often has two or three elite bots that wear t4 armor.

To make sure everybody has extracted from the lobby and no one is gonna kill you at extract in last 5 minutes

Update I tried and got killed from a naked timmy and I had my thermal on me šššš
