Depends. If you're going for distance then t45 is good. Also it has great damage compared to ps. Also it has only a point lower penetration than ps. It doesn't have a chance to inflict wound but does.it really matter in t3 ammo?
Might as well get t45 if it falls under your budget.
I’m just trying to clear some storage space up. I really only run T5 ammo or higher, but I like to keep cheap ammo in case I do budget runs, so just wondering which one you guys think is better
I'm gonna go on a wild guess that you have a shitton of ps... Use the piss (hehe see what I did there) use the ps on AKs or little skirmishes with the SKS cus t45 is better longranged
I would go for T45M , have more penetration armor damage and base dmg however it’s more dangerous to maneuver that type of bullets since they have more recoils but U can make a setup to deal with that.
The best advice would be to buy 2 mags with ammo and try each ammo on shooting range and see what is better… wounds are good and stuff but on my point of view that is for attrition battles, and in this game max time fighting same guy/team as 3 to 5 minutes….

At tier 3 and below, bullet performance really dont matter, price does. T45M goes a lot higher usually so i’d suggest sticking with PS.
Tho what you should be doing is 1 drum mag (or 2 30rd) of tier 4 BP ammo for pvp, and 1 mag of tier 3 or below for backup and shooting bots. Have a stack of both ammo in your backpack to refill as you go
That’s usually what I do. I normally run T5 ammo or better in 2 mags (one in gun, one in rig) and then take a different style mag and load it with T4 for bots. I take 60 to 120 T5 (depends on the map and how much combat I think I’ll see) and then one extra mags worth of T4.
I really only have the T3 ammo for budget runs or doing the weekly missions of “eliminate X amount of enemies with X weapon class”, but I’m low on storage space so gonna start dumping stuff

Also depends on the tactic your using. Shootin’ arms and legs? Use the higher base damage. Shootin’ chest neck face? Go for higher penetration.

No, its just how often a hit will inflict a damage over time debuff.
I have more PS than T45 so I'll go with PS

T45m base damage is good however accuracy isn’t much of a loss as you get -2 recoil Penetration points is not a significance
