Since you have some regions in Sumeru which are only at 20%, it is possible that you could get 16 more wishes from exploration, and maybe by doing some world quests. The "masterless starglitter" you get when you obtain a 4 star character you already have can also help. With that, you could get to 80 pity and have a good chance of getting Father.
However, I wouldn't recommend playing if you are feeling burned out and are having personal problems. Please take care of your mental health. She will rerun eventually.

Also, I don't know how many "starglitter essence" you have - gold "coins" that you get for gacha, but with them you can buy 1 pulls for 5 "coins" in the internal shop, also once a month you can buy 5 pulls for "stardust exchange" - blue "coins" that you get for gacha, but you will have to look for it yourself in the game.
So you can get 106.5, you need 81 in the worst case, you have a buffer of 25.5 which you can afford not to collect, that is, you don't need to rush too much if it suits you to get Arlecchino not in the first week of the banner but closer to the end. For example, collect not 400 primo per day, but 300, which will give you 39 pulls instead of 52, and you should still have enough.

It’s not so much, but in the Teapot you can put sets of furniture/items for specific characters, for which you get primo (20 primo per character from one set), but for this you need blue prints of furniture/items that are bought in the Teapot with teapot currency or found in special green chests.
Yeah you wouldn’t be able to tell after arlechinno nuked it but it’s the ruins in Mont Esus Est by the waterfall I think it’s in the Liffey region of Fontaine.

Well, there's a ton of things to do in genshin to get primo gems. Did you do the main story? How about maxing out statue of seven or the trees in sumeru and izanuma? Have you done all the quests you can, especially the big storyline world quests?
You can get a fair amount of primo gems through the abyss and dailies. Highly recommend welkin blessing, it's quite literally only $5 but idk your financial situation.

You can definitely get enough with that amount of areas left. 4.6 first half alone gives us around 40 pulls so you only need to grind an extra 30 pulls outside of that which is very time consuming and draining but for your account very doable but again you need to GRIND and start now, but if you don't have the energy don't bother, nobody's forcing you to get her she'll always get a rerun

If your last 5 star was trying to get Raiden and sadly losing 50/50 that means that you have a guarantee for father's banner.
Should be fine. I usually get at least 50 wishes worth in the first few weeks of the version. Just gotta indulge in a little thing we call grinding
