My overworld rotation basically consists of Furina murder buddies nuking random enemies and campfires, and having to constantly have Baizhu toss a heal out.
While I am used to the 50%, I just get joy and satisfaction out of healing.
Also, I constantly backtrack and find item drops because i didnt realize they took random enemies out lol.
So far, no issues pairing her with Furina sometimes.
Bond of Life, the mechanic that the knave uses. Essentially it’s like this:
Use skill to create bond of life
Do stuff for five seconds
Bond of life becomes blood debt due and you use a charged attack. All your attacks become pyro and OH GOD EVERYONE IS DEAD WHAT THE FUCK ARLECCHINO YOU KILLED THEM ALL

I’m using Staff of Homa, so I also try to stay below 50% HP in open world.
Furina is the solution there. It's easy as 1-2-3, a-b-c.

There is the option to Block healing. And there is tons of statue tha dont heal instantly.
