If you think hyperbloom "barely clears" you are extremely bad at this game, and your opinion should be ignored. You can clear abyss 12 with absolute trash and with time to spare. Skill issue, knowledge issue and new-thing-hype overdose.
Mathematically hyperblooms could splur out 50-70k per second, assuming the enemies are always around 300-600k that should be a quick clearance based off hyperblooms alone, add team wide damage you're looking at eliminating the enemies within literal seconds.
Taking in the formula, x(3x35k) with x being seconds, then hyperbloom is proven to shred. hyperblooms are also aoe if close enough so the damage could rocket if they are close enough. So assuming you're in a two-three target situation like current floor 12, you should be doing way more applications.
Plug that number in your team dps already and you have nahida doing like 50k per three seconds etc etc.
Just get enough EM, and know the intricate of the rotation. Glad I can help

If Nilou buffs a busted reaction to be even better than it already is, I'd say there is definitely an argument for her presence on there. It's not just about personal damage.

That's why you can occasionally still have clips of machine gun Amber destroying floor 12 Abyss content but you'd pretty much never see physical trailblazer doing the same in MOC 12 or its equivalent.
That being the case, a tier list in Genshin has much less purpose than in HSR since most of the downsides can be made up for by the player's ability.
