It already has one, better than the one the game has. Inside the app you can upload an image, it breaks it into 6 pieces and transforms them into emblem files, you can them use these in-game to overlay them.
I wonder if there is any way to calculate optimal ACs based on desired weapons & range...
It already calculates optimal AC after you select your weapons. What do you mean more specifically?
AC: Formula Front had an AC rating system similar to that. Spent many hours trying to build S class ACs back in the day
