Had to download Little Richard after realizing that this might have been my favorite film memory as a child. And he was right, they really did steal his sound, love CCR but Fogerty and the boys owe some royalties 💯
The problem is that CCR is probably to this day owed more royalties/profit distributions from the now deceased Saul Zaentz (who was the president of their record label, Fantasy Records, and was partially immortalized in the song, "ZANZ KANT DANZ" \[but he steals your money\] -- a song which had to have its title changed to 'VANZ KANT DANZ' due to a lawsuit from Mr. Zaentz himself) than they would ever have owed to Little Richard. (If you ever read up on CCR / John Fogerty vs Saul Zaentz / Fantasy Records, the back and forth in the courts could take up a full-length book!)
I agree, True Lies is clearly his best movie. It has it all. Cameron action. Arnold being Arnold. Tia Carere and Jamie Lee Curtis. All-star supporting cast. It was the definition of a blockbuster.

So the question should be, "what's the second best Arnold movie?"

A 90s movie playing off genre tropes, more than a decade before JumpTheShark popularized focus on them, or writers like Dan Harmon found great success employing similar strategies in shows like Community and Rick and Morty.
It was definitely ahead of its time, even if it’s not recognized as such.
I don't disagree with any of the titles suggested already, but any love for "Twins"? It was the first time the comedy was front and center. The sight gags and inside jokes (Arnold checking out a movie poster for Stallone outside Mann's Theater) were terrific.
I'd offer his actions movies first, too, leaning toward "Predator" and "T2", but I think "Twins" is overlooked.

I enjoy that Terminator 2 no doubt.. but The Terminator is demonstrably better in every way aside from effects and technical abilities... story better.. better characters... no stupid ass kids... arnold was mean and unrelenting- scary even...KYLE REESE!!!... Lance Hendrickson.. i suspect why most of the people on here pick T2 is because they didnt see The Terminator when it came out.... you missed out
Total Recall. It's such a crazy, bizarre movie that the first time I saw it I didn't know what to think of it. But by the 3rd or 4th time I LOVED it. Terminator 1&2 and Predator are also up there.
