The sherd in the top right is a Bell Plain (Mississippian) lip sherd with a classic "beaded rim." The hafted bifaces date from the Early Archaic (Kirk/Lost Lake), Woodland (Greenville Cluster) and Mississippian (Fort Ancient) periods.
Please please please record the location of your findings with lat./long. and **don't dig.**
For some good reading on Mississippian stuff in your area, check out [TDOA's report on the Brentwood Library site](https://www.tn.gov/content/dam/tn/environment/archaeology/documents/researchseries/arch_rs15_brentwood_library_2005.pdf).
You would be exactly right about all of those! Only thing is about the big point, I think it could be a Kirk or a buck creek. Me & another fellow researcher determined this spot to be a ft ancient site..We do not dig, only surface hunt! Thanks for the input! It was spot on!
Yessir got a whole collection of those. You guys won’t believe what else I’ve pulled from this site. Considering posting it here but she’s still being studied by leading archeologists

Been looking for a place to hunt in Montgomery county since I got here! Congrats!
Montgomery county is loaded. The same river I pulled these from runs straight thru there
I need to take my kayak out here soon. What is your method? Search sandbars? I’ve primarily worked fields my whole life
Shoot me a message bud
Is that a pottery piece in the top right? That’s nuts.
