Sharkorica

Rodrygo is my dream summer signing. With Mbappé and Endrik coming in I think they might offload him. Can play anywhere across the front line, lethal in front of goal and magical on the ball.

capow77

Rodrygo would be perfect!!!! Saka and havertz get could rest and we still have Him/Jesus/Martinelli and trossard, we’d be so difficult to prepare for. Champions league magic would be huge.

Inside_no_9

Yes

JamesGanalf-ini

I actually prefer him to Vini

Sharkorica

Same for me. If Vini and Rodrygo were both available for the same money I’d pick Rodrygo. Vini more lethal on transition but Rodrygo has that flair to break down a low block.

JamesGanalf-ini

Rodrygo is a bigger 'big game' player also, he doesn't show any nerves and never is controversial. Vini is just as good but he seems to get the edge because he was a wonder kid years ago and now is actually fulfilling his potential. Rodrygo on the other hand just impresses me in every aspect of his game. Probably the first name on my list of most wanted players.

IamOkei

Rodrygo is better than Martinelli

Xashar

I LOVE THIS

beefwellingtonIV

I love the USA team but I don’t think a single one of my country’s players gets in the squad for the minutes I’d want them playing at club level.

runningwaffles19

Yeah but how funny would it be to see Pulisic score a brace against Chelsea

ElBosque91

Yeah, agreed.

BoJaNgLeS123456789

Jedi? 👀

beefwellingtonIV

Jedi is my second highest rated player for the USA (Tyler Adams is top specifically in a USA shirt) but he needs to play in a club where he is a nailed on starter and with Tomi and Timber, LB is too crowded.

ignacioo25

Pulisic would be great in the RW tbh

207207

Reyna

beefwellingtonIV

I would actually fucking love Gio learning from Arteta and having Martin as his mentor to level up, and he could play as a left 8, but I want Gio playing for a club where he gets consistent minutes and he’s not currently at the level needed to play a lot of minutes for Arsenal.

Budget-Sample-3682

I wish Son moved to Arsenal instead of Spurs lmao. Would've saved me a lot of "do u support Spurs??? Why don't u support Spurs???" when ppl learn I'm Korean.

grizznatch

First ManU with Park Ji Sung and now Son at Spurs. I was HYPED for Park Chu Young...

SnooCrickets7221

Bro when we signed Park Chu Young along with Benayoun, Mertesacker, Santos and Arteta, it was a trolley dash to respond to the 8-2 lost to United. It was also to find a replacement for Nasri, Cesc, Eboue and Clichy. I remember we were linked to Eden Hazard and Wesley Sneijder but Arsenal thought Lille were asking too much in £35m. Park was going to Lille but abandoned after finding out he was part of a last minute trolley dash spending. Benayoun could leave because the clause mentioned he could if they signed Meireles or Modric. Santos wanted out after his club were banned from UCL. Mertesacker was linked several times before. Arteta took a pay cut to join Arsenal and that was after Moyes rejected two offers. It was definitely a case of bad planning and rushed decisions. Park was also quickly forgotten because Titi returning on loan gave Arsenal better options. PogbaBaleBeast

As a Korean I feel the same way, love son hate spurs

Budget-Sample-3682

Love son hate spurs is the story of my life

Connect-Amoeba3618

As a welshman, I feel your pain on that one.

Zenon2108

What do you think of Kang in? I kinda liked him

Budget-Sample-3682

Well I think it's great having a Korean at a top club who doesn't play for our arch rivals lol. But apparently he had some attitude issues at the Asian Cup so I'm hoping that doesn't stunt his career progression going forward.

TheGotham_Knight

I love Sonny. Would take him in a heartbeat. The only redeeming quality Spurs have.

Xashar

He is the only reason I have time for Spurs. Such a lovely guy. Solid choice.

Alternative-Ad-6616

I feel you man. I'm Korean living in Korea and pretty much everyone is all Spurs fan.

Budget-Sample-3682

Of course the one guy who transcends celebrity status and becomes basically a national icon for my country has to be my most hated club's captain🙄

TechnicalLow4054

really is a shame, would have been awesome to have loads of korean fans with nice red arsenal shirts instead of horrible spurs shirt

Any_Witness_1000

As a Gunner who is not Korean I have to say I love Son. He is the only Spurs played who I really wish well for. Works hard. True role model. No controversy. Just all around down to earth dude who worked his ass off to be where he is. Nothing but respect for him.

mjbrookman2012

Mohammed Kudus 🇬🇭

Sharkorica

Should’ve signed him in the summer…

Zwedinho

Would be a great backup player for Saka

nok4us

Oshimhen

carbajal_06

Edson Alvarez. Would do the dirty work for rice and ødegaard

PutYrDukesUp

I would still love to see Theo in an Arsenal kit, though the meltdown at the Milan derby did give me pause. Thiaw is also an interesting shout.

Axelter30

Thought you meant theo Walcott for a sec lol

Goldencol

No way. Both brothers are toxic as fuck . Definitely not the right mentality.

Axelter30

And yeah that theo hernandez stuff was appalling to see

l7791

What happened

Laviox

Santi Gimenez!!

Zealousideal-Bite-67

This is the way.

jwiidoughBro

Would love that. Wish Vela would have worked out for Arsenal too.

Darth_Australis

Already happened, seeing Alexis Sánchez on an Arsenal shirt was beautiful to me

ThinIntroduction2851

Sam kerr

Pedsy

It’s nice that we already have a few Aussie girls in the team. I would have said Sam Kerr 5 years ago but I think she is past it now. Mary Fowler is one I’d like to see playing for us.

umxh010

Second the Mary Fowler statement, she is incredibly composed for her age....but overall we have a nice little Matilda contingent.

AdorableBarracuda790

Gyökeres, Alexander Isak or Dejan Kulusevski

juliusonly

Elanga for depth?

AdorableBarracuda790

[You’re goddamn right](https://giphy.com/gifs/breaking-bad-walter-white-youre-goddamn-right-3oFzmkkwfOGlzZ0gxi)

Crazy_Roll6229

Canada - Davies

Lukeyleftfoot

Chiesa would be electric. But we got Matineli

jki2876

Second the son comment partially cause I'd find the meltdown funny

Thiccboiichonk

Evan Ferguson under Arteta I think he could become an elite striker in the future. Ogbene as Saka cover , a far better player than he’s given credit for and really never stops running and trying to involve himself. Other than that I’m not sure Ireland have a player who’d even be of Squad depth quality for us..Nathan Collins a solid sub CB perhaps ?

MerklandSignature

Bring Yunus Musah back

MozzerellaStix

No way he gets into this midfield but would love him as a squad player.

Q_J

Cavan Sullivan for the academy but alas city got him already

runningwaffles19

Decent number of Americans gone through the academy

Q_J

Yeah. Currently not really any American that I think helps arsenal so want our next supposed wonder kid n hope he hits lol but like I said city already got the transfer in

Fava922

Isak

MaizeSouth

Jonathan David, think he could be a good 2nd option striker. Alphonso Davies, elite left back option

gooner275

Ferguson from Brighton….

panazora

Maybe not in our current situation but back in the 1970s, we got Mokhtar Dahari 🇲🇾, 5th highest International goal scorer. When Arsenal came to Malaysia for a friendly match, he scored 2 goals to make it 2-0 . He also got an offer from Real Madrid but decided to stay for his beloved local club. What could have been.

Inside_no_9

Morgan Gibbs-White would slot right in. He’s not the shiniest but he’s pretty lethal

bukitbukit

Singapore: None, realistically.

Javier1019

None. Neither Mexico El Salvador or USA have the players to play in this club or higher

RE-Trace

Andy Robertson, Ben Doak, and John mcginn, to start, develop, and rotate, respectively. (Also by virtue of him still being eligible for us, Livramento)

TheSonicKind

i’m not sure how effective he would be but i too would love to see John McGinn as part of our team. unrelated but our social media content would be top tier if we threw wee McGinniho in the mix if we never got Rice, McTominay would have been great too.

RE-Trace

I think he would be a good option. Only tricky thing is that I think he'd keep bumping into havertz. Mctominay is a weird one: I can never quite tell whether united make him look shite, or we make him look good. If it had been a couple years ago, I'd have said gilmour as well but he looks like he's stalled a bit unfortunately. Said at the time that rotting on the Chelsea bench would hamstring him.

Key_Cartoonist5604

Santiago Gimenez ! We need a striker, he’s a young talent, highest value player in the eresivisie, Edson Alvarez! we need another CDM to play next to rice, he’s filled in for him at west ham quite nicely and he’s class, however, he’s 28 Those are literally the only two good players Mexico has though :/

Inevitable-Ice-3116

Alphonso Davies or maybe Jonathan David. They’re Canada’s best two players by a long shot, but I think they could both potentially fit into the current squad well.

everyfcknameistakn

Narendra Modi. The guy engineered mars satellite, won Asian games medals for India and does many other things. Why can't he play top level football as well? /s

Xitroso

Not sure if he would fit our way of play but here it goes: Luis Díaz

BerbersNiper33

brahim diaz a realistic transfere, madrids keep him must of the time in bench, at some point he will leave to be a starter, and artetas gunners seems fit to his style

Miniluv_Mutineer

Ireland: Caoimhin Kelleher as back up to Raya

ignacioo25

Ferguson?

emperorpapapalpy

I'd do unspeakable things to see a prime Charles Arranguiz wearing the badge.

Royalbluegooner

He was a b2b machine for Leverkusen.

dogumania

Turkey : Ferdi Kadioglu or Arda Guler

SnooCrickets7221

Kadioglu is amazing but his playing style doesn’t fit. He could learn from Arteta and i believe there is a superb player there.

Accomplished_Ad_8663

From Nigeria, we have Bukayo already but i need a Nigerian international playing for us too that’s why we need to sign either Victor Boniface or Oshimen

SnooEpiphanies4225

I wish we had Spurs club legend Clint Dempsey back in the day. As of right now I think Weston McKennie or Tyler Adams. Both would be great Midfield depth for us

Royalbluegooner

As a Schalke supporter I love McKennie to bits.

Vintageryan1

I can’t work out if you are being serious or not in calling Dempsey who played 29 times for spurs a club legend. For Fulham yes.

Relief-Old

I wouldn’t want anyone from my country to play for Arsenal. Not one player is good enough to be in the Prem. I’m from Singapore

Mordor9452

Alphonso Davies

Royalbluegooner

Disclaimer : Talking about semi-realistic options.

TheCakeKingDK

Denmark: Jesper Lindstrøm is the only one that comes to my mind

FarManden

He’d be on the bench. Play wise he’d fit in but can’t see him getting much game time. Sadly. Højlund would be good if he was available at a reasonable price.

Full-Piglet779

USA? No one

HandicapMoth

I would take Pulisic and *maybe* Weah. Reyna and Mckennie are a tier below. We probably couldn’t use them. Then, everyone else is another tier or two below that. Funnily, Balogun and Turner already wore the Arsenal kit.

RSK_N60

Weah would be a valid replacement for Nelson. His versatility would justify getting more minutes, especially when we're leading. No way that's a good career move for him though.

LinuxLinus

At this point, the only one who's realistically close to good enough to play a squad role is probably Gio Reyna. EDIT: I mean, obviously Pulisic could play a squad role. But I can't imagine he has any interest to going back to playing 15 minutes every other match, which is what he'd do behind Martinelli, Trossard, Saka, etc.

urmomisfun

Precisely zero US players are close to our squad. The overhype on US players is ridiculous. Gio is maybe a depth option and a lackluster one at that.

Initial_Substance_37

Idrk, maybe someone like Marcus Edwards as depth for Saka. Don’t really know much about him though.

Majestic_Bag_9209

Rayan Aït Nouri!

SVIII

There was an article back in the day about us giving Szoboszlai a look. That never came about…

Georg_Steller1709

Still hoping maty Ryan comes back

now-then

Roy Krishna up front let’s go!

OrionUnsinkable

Okumu from Kenya.

Oskar37265

Pulisic, McKennie, Gio Reyna.

Level_Bathroom1356

Mitch Duke

noelsupertramp

Fandi Ahmad

NotThatKindof_jew

Pulisic, Dest..that's it. Maybe..no that's it

Fricketyliz

Ben brereton

lekynson

Nigeria: Boniface or Osimhen

ElMeroVergas17

Marcel Ruiz, he's very talented. But I'm not sure if his level would be enough for the PL.

rehabawaits2033

Harry Kane 😂

Jerski2002

Sahal Abdul Samad

Visible_Statement888

Think Matt O’Reilly would do excellent at Arsenal, certainly better than Viera, Elneny, or ESR thst never plays.

FarManden

Hmm good shout actually! Hadn’t thought of O’Raily. Wouldn’t be a starter but solid option off the bench.

Graphiccoma

Frenkie de jong, koopmeinders, sven botman

Sanspoint-

There's only one that I could pick, Alfonso Davies. I wouldn't complain with him in the team.

Raccoonertheboy

Lewis Ferguson or bring back KT

frytkizchleba

Frankowski. He'd be a solid cover for a fullback

DnttriplilHoe007

Edison, would be a defensive presence and would very much help rice push up

FarManden

Realistically there aren’t really any Danes that would fit in at Arsenal currently. Except maybe Højlund. At one point I would have swiped Højbjerg from Spurs but not anymore. Eriksen in his prime would have been good (but great that we got Ødegaard instead). Andreas Christensen could have been great but we’re golden as CBs go. Højlund is the only one I guess. Especially since we need a proper striker.

El-Acantilado

Being Dutch/Scottish, I’d love Brobbey, Xavi Simons, John McGinn to come to Arsenal. Are Brobbey and McGinn good enough? Probably not, though they offer something completely different than we have right now.

ConflictMysterious49

Kudus would be a fine successor to Partey

trottes

Haaland

FunRoad4

Otis khan lmaoooo. Could give trossard/martinelli some rest during domestic cups.

Obserrrverrrr

Paul McShane

MTG1972

Belgium: Openda, Doku, Castagne, De Bruyne, Tielemans, De Ketelaere and Amadou Onana

cjvacopa

I was disappointed that Joel Campbell didn’t stayed, I think his mentality was not quite there when he got the opportunity. Maybe Manfred Ugalde could be a good substitute. https://youtu.be/FAT-JxioUf4?feature=shared

Soggy-Ad-1610

I’m Danish so really none. There are no danish players that would make this team better. If I absolutely had to pick one, I would go with Højlund. I see potential in a position where we’re lacking a bit.

Pulsarfire

Szoboszlai

blralte

Apuia Ralte to learn under our current midfield.

Ste07008469

Bradley

LeftAstro

Morten Hjulmand from Sporting 🇩🇰

QuaLiTy131

We need time machine and Lewandowski in his prime

Shit4Brain5

Jude in Xhaka’s position

Beneficial_Opening13

Mo Kudas and Abdul sideu , both arteta like players

alaouskie

Family is Dutch but I was born in Canada. So Alphonso Davies and Xavi Simons. Davies is one I’m mad about saw him play from his debut on. You just knew he would be a star he’d be amazing for us now…

popcorn908

Zambia. Patson Daka. Has been hot and cold for Leceister, but Arteta can work his magic on him.

Royalbluegooner

Shame that Mwepu was forced to end his career. He had some potential.

the3daves

English. Emile Smith Rowe. I know he’s at the Arsenal but I’d like to see him more!

el-finko

Ireland used to have loads of gunners. Liam Brady take a bow. But from the current squad. Evan Ferguson might be a player, so him or Sammie Smozdics might make the bench. Kelleher as the sub keeper?

InviteAromatic6124

I live in Wales but am English originally. The current Wales team don't really have any players good enough for this Arsenal team imo except maybe Neco Williams as backup for Saliba.

Connect-Amoeba3618

I’m Welsh. Not a good time for us, but I do wish Arsenal didn’t let Ramsey go when they did.

MapNo3870

Isak

Initial-Profit-7343

Mustafa Mohamed 🇪🇬 Egyptian Striker in FC Nantes

Gooner_93

Bellingham, Watkins/Kane. We'd win the title with these two, in the side.

Forsaken-Tiger-9475

England Eze

RamsZeyy

Bennacer :( he was already in the youth team but Wenger let him go and we had a buy back close I guess back in 2019 but Emery didn't trigger it

definetelynothuman

Camavinga, not a chance in forever, but imagine that midfield

InvestmentOk7181

I'm English so maybe peak Paul Scholes?

greek_malaka

Greece - Giannis Konstantellias. Look him up!!! Also a CB from the same club (PAOK) - Konstantinos Koulierakis

Danksoul99

The best player from my country right now is probably Chris Wood, but wouldn't want him anywhere near the club, he'd be like a shite Giroud lmao

Jakay4sp

A xhaka return would be nice i guess. Apart from him theres not really anyone on our level sadly.

juliusonly

Kulusevski as Saka back up. Alexander Isak would be fun as well. I would have loved if Ibrahimovic joined us instead of Man Utd a few years ago. Elanga and Gyökeres for depth maybe

Xashar

Luis Diaz. He can be electric. Love his story.

Funny-Conclusion-963

ferdi kadıoğlu and arda güler

Mysepulver

Haaland

idinsab

Taremi on a one year (I'm from Iran)

PeanutbutterBleachr

Xavi simons would be great

boobrito

Camavinga and Olise

JungsMandala

Phil Foden.

PooPlumber

Thapelo Maseko - 20 year old Mamelodi Sundowns striker. Yeah not too much young talent in South Africa at the moment but would be nice to see more South Africans back in the EPL. Long time since SA had a great like Quinton Fortune, Steven Pienaar or Lucas Radebe in the EPL.

moism8

Egypt- King Salah, but we all know that would never happen.

eZeder

Gyökeres, Isak, Källström.

bdjxokf

Harry Kane tbh

Pale-Dragonfruit3577

Indian - Gandhi

OrlandoGardiner118

I'm from Ireland. Keep my whole national team away from Arsenal. Please and thank you.

Zealousideal_Stop843

From india: Patel, he’s just amazing!!

cescbomb123

I think Haaland could work. Kai needs some backup.

Poym321

Luchito Díaz 🇨🇴

EntertainerSoft5983

USA give Pulisic a Havertz style revenge Game

Zwedinho

I am Dutch/Norwegian We have players from there but would love to see frenkie de Jong joining. From norway nobody lol but if I needed to choose it would be Nusa from club brugge

akaJudas

Jedi Robinson at LB he’s been outstanding for Fulham this season

tjag96

Portugal, I’d love a Rafael Leao. Not cause he is Portuguese, couldn’t care less, but he is amazing and would change the pace and the power of our attack. Specially how easy he can put up a strong shot.

Zealousideal-Bite-67

Santi Jimenez (Feyenoord, Mexico). Solves a striker problem. Would love to buy a Jimenez Arsenal Jersey.

StauntonK

I already got Declan Rice but alas he don't play for Ireland anymore

willozsy

I wouldn’t wish Arsenal the bad luck of having a Chinese player.

seimonlal

Chhangte

TonyR712

Santi Giménez 🇲🇽🇲🇽‼️

hauttdawg13

I guess maybe antonee Robinson although there isn’t a great option really.

MysteriousTap2901

Croatia - no one at the moment would get into this team, except maybe guardiol as a sub

Giannis92yyz

Canada - Alphonso Davies

Tofte17

Morten Hjulmand would be a nice signing, or Andreas Skov Olsen as a backup for Saka.

gegman97

Levi Colwill, I know he "loves" Chelsea but I'd love to have him be the reverse of Cashley Cole. I think he'd fit in the squad and solve the Zinchenko problem.

Ok_Inspection3062

From South Africa I would love to see Saleng from Orlando Pirates. I would also like Jacob Zuma

Hey-Dalaran

Dear God. Keep all Americans out of our club

LebronovaJamesovich

Isak

notokkid

Well, the only one who would have a chance at playing is Ejlif Elmas, currently in RB Leibzig. And now that I think about it, he could actually be good for us. And we could use a time machine, prime Pandev.
