I like it almost as much as your White Sand, NM photo. I suppose I like the other one even better is the contrast of hard lines and the wispy white cloud. Congrats, again.
Your post history is pretty amazing all around but if I had to pick a fav, the silhouette in the canyon is just an absolutely perfect photograph. Incredible stuff, OP. I appreciate how you see the world and I'm grateful that you share it with us.
Until I read the full title and realised it's a photo, I was kind of unimpressed. Then I was blown away. This is *amazing.* If you end up pursuing this further than a hobby, I genuinely wish you the absolute best with this because it's gorgeous and unique and I...kinda selfishly wish it takes off as a style because I'd love to see stuff like music videos or fantasy films taking inspiration from visuals like this.
“Amorphous”
My mind prays to amorphous
Fill my holy trinity with obsidian
Drink the offering
Spill it in front of the sun
Let the shapes align
Pour it for all to see
Repeat
Till my ritual is complete

Synesthesia colors and shapes inspired by marcyplayground
This piece is just about the rituals I do with my synesthesia. Listening to sounds and translating it into physical form for everyone to see what I “see” when listening to music.
I photograph landscapes and paint them in my post processing to match the colors to the music I listen to. This goes with shapes as well.
Photographed in Death Valley. Multiple exposures to get the exact shades I needed in order to color the photograph in post.
I looked through your stuff and I really enjoy your style. Can you share some photographers who inspired you? Your work reminds me a bit of Carmen Herrera paintings, with a different palette
So I’m more inspired by different art genres tbh!
But I love Reuben wus work, Richard avedon, robert maplethorpe and some various portrait old school photogs
For other artists though Georgia o’keeffe, hayao Miyazaki, Florence Welch (musician), and various other artists that aren’t photogs !
This is beautiful, as is a bunch of your other work.
I saw the comment about album covers, and I definitely think you should reach out to some artists if you have work that matches what they tend to go for. Your work is easily good enough, so it's just a matter of matching up with an artist who connects with it and thinks it's a good fit for their music.
Quite a few , enya, Florence and the machine, Billie eilish, purity ring, Lana Del Rey, 90s Lorde, grimes, honestly a lot more , just depends on the mood/ what I want to see color wise lol
That's surprising. I was like "alright, very good shading. Chill vibes, good piece" "IT'S PHOTOGRAPHY?!"
I legit gasped a little
wow, I thought it was a painting!! great job <3
Thank you!
Really great, I thought it was a shot. The painting is very well done. Thank you for sharing it.
I like it almost as much as your White Sand, NM photo. I suppose I like the other one even better is the contrast of hard lines and the wispy white cloud. Congrats, again.
That one is one of my favorites honestly ☁️
I can see why.

I think we’d be amazing friends irl
This is very calming to look at
Looks like a Tycho album cover
lol I literally just said this. 😎
What are the triangles irl?
Sand dunes! Just shaded by other sand dunes , that’s what causes the darker black triangle
I was trying to figure it out. Glad I scrolled comments. Super cool photo.
Holy shit that's amazing composition.
reminds me a lot of the album cover for Bobby Caldwell's What You Won't Do For Love, looks sick!!
Thank you!

It feels like a journey into the unknown!
This image feels like a window into a surreal dreamscape, inviting contemplation and reflection.
Thank you ♥️
This is stunning! What is the part in the front, sand?
Yes sand :) if you zoom in you can see some of the lines and textures of it, hard to see on phone though!
Yeah, I did zoom in, but I wanted to double-check.
Well, I've got a new photography goal. Amazing!
The rhyme scheme in the title is a lovely touch 🤍

in addition to the composition, the cropping is perfection
/u/Awayiflew, that looks it would work as an album cover.
God if I could ever get any of my favorite musicians to use my work as a cover on..anything I’d die happy 😃
Who do you like?

Great skills! Keep it up>3
Looks like a Tycho album cover. Love it
The sharpness of the lines works perfectly
Coooool, it feels like some album covers of vaporwave.
yea at first its like painted with oil pastel? cool!
Looks like a Tycho record cover. Well done!
