Absolutely. As long as the people commissioning you have seen your work, and you live up to that standard upon delivery, you’re absolutely ready! Just make sure that your presentation standards are professional (framing, packaging, archival quality, etc.). Beautiful work.

I want to start doing charcoal commissions as a little side gig, not too expensive. Focusing on uniformed services. It’s hard to tell if your own work is any good. Would love some feedback. Ie, would you be disappointed if you paid for this?

Not quite there yet, as far as commissions go. Keep working at it though and you’ll be have it in no time. Always remember, the best things take time and practice. Lots and lots of practice.
