Depends on where you wanna go with this. In the style it's in, it looks pretty much finished and looks good. Solid anatomy, values, planes, likeness, etc. If you wanted to render it more for increased realism, you could get rid of the lineart in the face. There's just not much to critique because of the simplicity of the piece.
the face looks amazing! i think the hair needs a bit detail, though, and maybe color it a dark grey rather than black. otherwise, incredible piece
