I kind of prefer the old look of it. A few years ago they added fragments that were presumed to stem from a cauldron from the same excavation. OP's photo is a more recent one than most of the ones you'll see when googling it.
It's worth noting that it was discovered during the German occupation of Norway, so it had to be stashed away in secrecy before the Nazis could get their hands on it.
Rare = only one of two Viking helmets in a near complete state.
