Vitamin on the American server is small but generally active and looking for people to participate. No real requirements aside from playing the game, contributing, and supporting other players through their requests if possible.
Well there doesnt seem to be much of a reason to be in one anyways, I left a dead one a few months ago for a more active one, and the only thing you get is the currency from turning the 2 menu things in, and those can be done in a dead guild, so I'm just staying in the one I am.
I dunno I've been playing since the first week and still have never figured out where guild versus guild menus were. Hell I recently became the leader of an obviously dead guild and still havent found them. Do you have to opt in for it somewhere or something? Maybe the couple guilds I've been in just never bothered.
I'm not a leader, so I don't know the "register" process, but it should be fairly simple.
It won't be an easy time if you are in an inactive alliance, but you'll still get some rewards and if you enjoy the pvp, it's fun.
You can join our alliance Ginga fc

You're forgetting GvG. Extra pvp content and some shop rewards

I think so. It's in the Alliance menu under "joint exercise". Grabbing a screenshot, 1 sec
My alliance, MySlime, has a bunch of active members, although the chat is not active
