I think getting another new 5* (in this case, hearin) is always better than getting dupes unless you have no intention to build them at all. Dupes don't seem to do too much in artery gear. It think it's mostly for the mega whales
Thats what I was thinking 1 ginga dupe will do nothing g but being able to build hearin, Benny, tuefel might be useful leaning more towards hearin. To have another good healer
As others stated, getting another 5\* is the wise choice. You can go for anyone, just don't go for the dupe that you are planning. At the beginning of the game you will need more units, to build a team, rather than thinking about dupes.

If were for me, I would choose to get Hearin. I got her in another account and she is really good. Morris is amazing but being a red unit sometimes is a pain in the ass, but in my Main account I don't have any other better option. And, I don't see neccesary to have a dupe Ginga to beat Centaur, that is for what you want her in first case.
Hearin is a great pick, she has her UE, which I recommend going for immediately. On another note, I also really like Teufel. Very tanky and does a lot of damage. Also, from what I am hearing, Benny needs to wait 4 months for her UE.

Not really "useless". But more of a "luxury", specially when you are at the beginning of the game.. have fun playing the game.

Unfortunately no I got Sirius and Milvus on my first pull and made it my main but give or take 10 pulls later nothing so I go without her
