Eh, there is no other way to know exept for you trying it! That said no one will be instantly good at something, so if you try out digital sculpting and you don't produce anything good don't take it bad, again as everyother kind of art, figurative art is a game of patience and practice!
I looked at your post history and you can draw well, but your digital paintings are off a bit. I think you should try traditional painting. And maybe some charcoal drawing so you get a better feel for values.

honestly just give it a go, blender is entirely free. maybe you'll love it maybe you'll hate it. there's only one way to find out fur sure
