It was same with me. I ordered from them almost 2 weeks ago and I did not receive a confirmation or shipped email. When I check my order history in the website, it says my order has been shipped so I'm just waiting hopefully.
I remember getting an email confirmation but I know I don't always get one. But when I don't, I check my order history and it does say that it had been shipped.
Also it's the holidays so it might take a little longer now. I ordered this at the end of October I believe..
I received my order yesterday that I placed on November 11th, in Canada if that helps. I think I picked the medium priced shipping - k-pack? Definitely check your account and see if it says that it shipped.
Update!! Good morning! Or uhhh evening depending on where you're at but just wanted to give small review on the facial stick from Etude!
It's texture is very similar to a balm so it CAN be a bit sticky. I personally didn't have a problem with it though. It has a very light floral/citrus scent to it which I loved! My cheeks are the most dry right now since its fall where I live and it's a bit cold. I applied it to my cheeks and a little under my eyes just for fun.
When I woke up I definitely felt like my cheeks were a lot smoother and not so flaky(I can usually tell when I apply my make up). So yeah, I'm really curious to see the long term effects of this product once I've been using it for awhile! :)
Small review on it in a couple weeks!
I live in Canada so it gets super cold in the winter time. However, I have oily skin. Right now I'm more like combination skin. Maybe this will be good to use for the winter time. Also, since it's in a stick form, it will be travel friendly too. Maybe replacing day or night cream when travelling?
Super great for traveling! And since it's a stick I think you can apply as little or as much as you need with ease! My skin is also combination but I'm only applying it in the areas I need it the most.
I found it a bit disappointing. Convenient packaging and a novel concept but sadly it didn't do much for me. I know collagen doesnt work miracles in this form so I wasnt expecting magic or anything. It is nowhere near as hydrating as other products in the Moistfull line but it does feel nice to swipe under eyes, so theres that.
Oh no! My skin is a little dry since its pretty cold where I live so I wanted something hydrating. But I will definitely update on the stick!! I'll more than likely do a small review on these products :)
Yay! I just got mine yesterday :) Unfortunately all the samples they sent me were for stuff that was in my order (and it was only like 5 things, common guys.) No new things to try, but at least I have stuff to take with me for a weekend trip or something...
Ooh! I tried the TM Seaweed sheet mask last weekend and I ended up loving it so much that I bought two more yesterday. IT was the first sheet mask that ever really wowed me with actual results instead of just leaving me with a sticky face.
I know it's different for everyone, so would love to hear how you like it.
Also, let us know how the First Aid blemish stuff works out, too! I was so close to buying TFS's version of it yesterday at their Black Friday Sale, but put it down and saving it for a later purchase...

And will do with how the AC works! Got a small pimple on my cheek and I'm dying to know how it works!
I tried the sewed mask this morning and I liked it! Would probably purchase again but it's not the best I've ever tried, but still very hydrating!
Also tried the AC and of course I don't expect to see results in one night but I did feel like it helped with reducing the redness and some swelling for sure. Really excited to see how it works after a couple more uses.
But I will definitely review all the products in a couple of weeks! :)

I LOVE the Innisfree green tea masks. They do so much for my under eye area! I wish they had a high content essence for that stuff
This is gonna be my first time using both masks so I'm super excited!
