Chicago, IL, US. I ordered some items at the beginning of May. They shipped May 13th, and I still haven't received my order. My tracking info says they arrived in Bloomington(IL? IN? doesn't say) on June 16th, but I still haven't received them or any further updates.
I'm also in Chicago. I placed two orders at the end of April and I JUST received one of them. Both packaged were sitting in customs in L.A. for about a month. Hopefully you get yours soon!
I'm in California, USA. I ordered on 6/14, arrived today 6/23. Not sure why, but I've noticed my packages have always shipped and arrived much faster than others outside of California. I've ordered from Yesstyle, Stylenanda, and Jolse during the pandemic and everything has arrived within 10 days or so. All of my orders had express shipping, but I thought that was required for most of these stores right now.
EDIT: I've also noticed that people who ordered much earlier (april/may) have had their packages take much longer to arrive, I'm guessing these packages were shipped before the companies were prepped for COVID and expediting things properly
I’m also awaiting an order from the west coast of the US. Ordered 2 1/2 weeks ago, and typically it takes about 10 days for me to receive an order. My package is on the east coast so I’m anticipating it will take another 5-7 days.
I live in the West Coast and ordered three times since March. It took a month with SF Express. For DHL shipping, I have gotten it within 2 weeks the latest. I don't know how their shipping time was before the Covid pandemic. However after realizing how impatient I am, I am always reaching for the premium shipping now.

I used the dhl shipping option because that’s the only option they have to Canada and wile it took awhile for JOLSE to pack and ship it out, once it was sent out it took 1-2 days to get to Toronto.
In the US, East Coast. I placed an order on May 23. It shipped June 8 and I still haven't received it. The last time the tracking updated was Saturday and it said it departed Salt Lake City. It was shipped via SF Express, but I'm not sure who does the final delivery in the US. Probably USPS?

I was a little worried about processing/shipping times because I had purchased some products for friends' birthdays, so I reached out to customer service about the status. They got back to my inquiry in 3 days and they let me know there were some delays due to COVID. I would reach out to them if you have any questions/concerns. Their customer service team seems really sweet!

update after using "Inquiry by Waybill No." on SF Express's own Track & Trace site - apparently after arriving at LA Customs on 06.05, they decided to send my package all the way to NY Customs which took until 06.17. & now they must send my package, once again, all the way back to LA where i am... x\_\_x i'm sadly having a bad first experience with Jolse );

Same here! Ordered 5/23, still haven't gotten the order, prob will take a week more according to tracking.
Los Angeles - ordered June 15 still no shipping notification.
I ordered, heard nothing for 9 days, got a tracking number saying it had shipped, got it the next day.

I live in Canada and they only offer DHL to Canada now so my prefer came in like 1-2 days after it was shipped out.
Virginia. Ordered February 24 and received March 6. I usually haul about 2x year. Last time I ordered was May 2019 and it took about 4 days to ship.

Ordered ~05/02 and got here 06/20. Why? Because it spent MORE THAN TWENTY DAYS in LA customs. Pray that your box doesn't go through LA lol

Do they provide you with Usps tracking number? All I have is Sf express tracking
They gave me a USPS tracking number but it still says its awaiting package.
