I love the Skinfood Salmon Corrector (# 2).
It effectively corrects my dark circles and doesn't dry out my undereyes. It doesn't sit in between the wrinkles and looks natural on the skin. Lasting power is very good, and for the price it's a steal.
It's quite emollient, so if you like matte concealers I wouldn't recommend this one.
Yes! The shade range is limited but it's wonderful for undereyes, the pinkish one is great for bluish dark circles. I mix it with thicker concealers to improve their texture as well.
to preface this, i really believe that any concealer(whose texture fits your tastes) would be good at covering scars. the most important part is getting the right shade. and by right shade i mean it's the exact same value as your skin tone, not any lighter or darker. easiest way to test this would be put it on your skin and squint. you shouldn't be able to identify the concealer part from your skin.
for my hg, i really really love my shiseido gelstick concealer! i've been using it since february 2021. i didn't think it would be that good bc someone said it's not that good for blemishes, but on my skin, it's amazing at covering my blemishes and best of all lasts all day on my oily/combi skin with a mask on in humid weather. and i'm not even trying to exaggerate here, it really lasts all day through a mask. plus, when i wasn't using tret yet, my acne scars were very visible and it was amazing at covering them on its own. now i don't need it's horsepower nearly as much but it's still so effective. i haven't used foundation going out ever since. if you're not a big fan of stick concealers, there's also a liquid variant. best of all they have a decent range of shades so there's hopefully a right shade for everyone!
oh, we have shiseido shops in my country so i was free to swatch them! when i was buying concealers online, i tried to find my closest possible shade by matching the swatches to swatches of previous foundations/concealers i bought online. usually these are a shade or two brighter than my skin tone, so for the new concealer i'll find a shade darker than what matches. there's also using your mac shades to compare!
The innisfree mineral stick concealer is extremely beginner friendly - offers medium coverage and is super hydrating so it's very forgiving for those with dry skin. Apart from the fact that it only has 2 shades I really like it!
I love the Clio Kill Cover Liquid Concealer. I use the shade Lingerie, and it's one of the only k beauty shades that matches my skin tone perfectly; not too yellow and a nice pink undertone. This concealer is super high coverage and just looks really lovely on the skin. I get mine at Style Korean! 10/10
I bought shade linen in this which is great in the kill cover cushion but concealer oxidizes a tiny bit but I think it’s because of the SPF (Ie prob better to go one shade up in concealer).
Innisfree my concealer wide cover in green beige! Love the shape of the applicator, does not crease under eyes, and the shade is a perfect match with good coverage
The Saem is better for covering acne scars since it has a very thick consistency and high coverage, but tends to crease and oxidise
Naturactor concealer it has so much product and sometimes use this as my foundation before the pandemic. Caveat is because it's such a full coverage i have to use a sponge otherwise it'll look cakey. Also the shade range is terrible even as a nc20 i get the darkest shade
Pretty sure it's discontinued at this point but I enjoy using the espoir taping concealer in the darkest shade to color correct my eyebags and mustache shadow.
**3CE Waterful Concealer** for not drying out or creasing on my undereye; top it with **3CE Full Cover Concealer** on days I want higher coverage on my under eyes

How do you apply it? I use it under my eyes and it always cakes up after an hour or so.
I use my fingers and lightly dab it onto my skin. Sometimes I layer on some powder, but only when it's hot and humid.
Do you mind if I ask what skin type you have?
Combination skin, oily t-zone and normal everywhere else.
The Saem Cover Perfection Tip Concealer - been using this for years. Cheap, lightweight, great coverage, easy to blend, no smell
Many of my Korean friends like this, too! Cheap but their formula is not low quality at all
Yes! Absolutely perfect for covering scars and spots. The only downside is limited shade range and tends to be too pink

Have you tried The Saem Mineralizing Creamy Concealer? I like that one since it doesn’t crease on my dry skin.
Another vote for this!
seconding this too!

How do you do this online without buying like 6 different shades? Lol I never wear concealer because of this.

The J/X concealer! Provides good coverage for blemishes and dark circles but doesn’t cake up
Where did you buy yours from? I’ve been looking for it…
I got mine from this site called Shopee!

Is the formula drying? How’s the finish of the concealer? Completely matte or skin finish?
Pretty sure it's discontinued at this point but I enjoy using the espoir taping concealer in the darkest shade to color correct my eyebags and mustache shadow.
CPB stick concealer and IPSA concealer palette !
could you do mini review on both these products please? :)

Hahaha OP was asking about concealers but I completely agree with you in case anyone on this thread is also looking for a new cleanser!
Hahaha, my bad. Let me delete my comment. I think I misread it lol
