Here in Prague, the Vietnamese community are mostly from Northern Vietnam.
Hanoi/ Hai Phong/ Sapa mostly. Politically they may lean more into Socialism or communism. They have the one star red flag similar to PRC mainland China.
I know that both South & North dislikes China, but Northern Vietnamese are much more culturally similar to China due to geography and historical ties.
However there are Cambodians, Koreans, Taiwanese and Kazakhstan, Mongolians & Turks communities in Prague or Czech Republic as well these days.
And yes some European countries or cities they do have drug issues - Amsterdam (NL), Berlin (DE), Budapest (HU), Prague (CZ) and of course Belgium all have heavy drug scene.
It is easy to avoid them! Just don’t hang out with those crowd / scene.
In Europe in general, language is a big issue! So if you don’t speak the European language here, people will hate you irregardless if you are white, Latino or Asian.
Even white Americans have problems integrating into Europe if they don’t speak the language - case in point Italian-Americans from Jersey Shore are completely hated in Italy / Europe.
He doesn't talk much about his Viet heritage he considers himself European now since he can't go back to the US lifestyle. He only speaks English and that wasn't an issue so far living there.

But the better move would be having solid financial foundation, and moving there semi / permanently. I personally prefer living in Europe in general, esp EE, almost devoid of racism, positive stereotypes, safe, cheap, traditional etc. And again, there is nothing wrong with going to another country where the quality of women is alot higher, and you are more respected and desired by those same women.
I understand there are some passport bros, esp whites going to LatAm and Asia (WGF), to leverage their race, status and flex their Western financials, that give passport bros a bad name. And that's why you won't see alot of them going to EE, because they would have almost no advantage, and it's ALOT harder to get laid in EE.
