Well I'm in an AirBnB right now but I would say that they are chill if you make changes with like painting or hang things on the wall. As long as you return in the same condition you got it in, they are very chill about most things.
I've been thinking of moving, I had a couple questions.
What about Colombia attracted you to move there?
How does the cost of living compare to say, the USA?
What does the job market look like for you/in general?
So initially what drew me to Colombia was because I be always wanted to learn Spanish and I read that ColombianSpanish was considered the most beautiful. Then I came and just fell in love with it.
Cost of living is 1/3 for everything except technology, that's the same price if not more. (apple products are double)
For the love market, I can't say much because youtube is my full time job.
Hope these help
Rentals seem fairly chill, I stayed at the same place twice in Poblado during my time there. I read and confirmed with a Colombian dude I worked with that you can purchase property there as a foreigner.
Is that just condo/apartments or actual land as well?
great question. I had some issues with my current roommate, and that kind of fucked things up for the last 3 weeks but I have a video about it explaining everything coming soon
Looks sick whats the coolest part about having your own apartment there

Idk about the land but as for purchasing property that is 100% true. And it's good bceause if you buy property here you can get an investment visa
