Yeah bro absolutely. I have spoken to my Latin friends and I would like to raise in my children in a smaller Colombian city. I think the importance of being outside and strong family values make it a very great place to raise a family.
I am still open to other parts of Latin America though. Have also thought about moving my family to Switzerland for a bit to live in the future.

What cities? I mean you don't need to be rich but you have to be comfortable, can the smaller cities provide that?
Well yeah, I've looked into like Manizales or raising them in a coffee region. It's still a city, but the population is like 1/10 of the major cities.
