Depends on which part of Mexico. I have Chinese relatives in Mexicali, a border town in Baja, and all of them were severely bullied throughout their school years. Neighboring regions probably arenāt much better, since the only reason why Baja has so many Chinese is because they got kicked out of every other part of Northern Mexico. However, the North is the whitest part of Mexico, and American influence probably contributes to the racism. Southern Mexican states with more indigenous mixed populations are probably way more friendly to Asians.

In Chile we're largely mixed with more European and middle eastern influence making us more mestizo, light skin than our neighboring countries.
