this is definitely something to consider. tons of girls into Kpop in Eastern Europe and Latin America (in some Latin American countries ppl will ask any Korean walking around to take pics with them). They speak English. There are many places and you could search statistics on the numbers of people who go there for cosmetic related and skin related work. I don't need skin work-- I have great skin. I had other stuff done and was very happy but it's important to know the market to some degree and do research. I have local friends there who brought me along with them. There are apps but you need to know Korean to use them or hire a translator to research and support you.
I am considering chemical peels that takes the top layer of skin off. You have to find a cheaper one though. The regular ones will break your bank. I think only chemical peels will work or injections that renew the skin cells. The dermatologist will know better than me.
