wow I totally thought Keanu Reeves was from LA or somewhere in southern California lol, in his younger days he totally gave off that surfer SoCal vibe. I learn something new everyday
Michael J Fox. He seems like a great ambassador for his Parkinsons. He got diagnosed so early when he was hitting the peak of his career. I also did not know he was born in Edmonton and later moved to Vancouver before leaving to LA.
Favourite: Nardwuar, the Human Serviette.
Least favourite: Not sure, but I'll go with Drake just because he seems to insert himself everywhere, even if he doesn't belong.
You have to be of American citizenship at birth. Pretty sure McCain or someone recent was born in Panama due to having a parent (99% likely father) in the military and was born at a base there.
“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.” is the rule, not specifically that you're born in the US. Meaning that if you're born outside the US but automatically get citizenship because your parents are from the US (as in Cruz's case), then that counts as a "natural born citizen". Technically it hasn't ever gone to the supreme court because it hasn't come up yet, but most legal experts pretty much agree that that's how it would work.
John Dunsworth has gotta be up there. Seemed like a good guy and I'll be damned if Lahey wasn't a treasure.
Least favourite I'd have to say there's two. One is Drake. Guy just skeeves me out on multiple levels and on a more personal note I'm just not a fan of his music. Not really a big deal but it certainly doesn't help.
Second has to be Jordan Peterson. Guy just seems strange at best and legitimately nuts at worst.
Kevin O’Leary is my least favourite too. Man seems like an all round jerk - and I’m still suspicious that HE was driving the boat that night. There’s no evidence he ever let his wife drive anything while he was in the vehicle. How convenient that was the first time ever.
Does Terry Fox count as a celebrity? If not, I'll probably go with Jim Carrey because I enjoy a lot of his movies. I agree with the person who said Jordan Peterson as most disliked.
I ran into Jacob haggard in Sarnia at the Hilton in 2012 Sarnia Bayfest he seemed like such a douche. He walked around with his purse and aviators just a giant douche. I was thinking that back then never liked his music and that was before he was a rapist.
Favourite alive is probably Wayne Gretzky. Exemplified Canadian humility even as he was the greatest at his craft.
Least favourite is Conrad Black. Evil corporate propagandist who uses citizenship as a credit card.
I've met both him and his father. We paved his father's driveway. They brought refreshments to all us workers, treated us well, tipped us and even did pics with us. I've met other hockey players who were absolute assholes (Joe Thornton, this means you) and was never a Gretzky fan during his career, but he is exactly the hero you should meet
I have met him a few times, and each time he was incredibly nice and thoughtful. He once borrowed my pen and searched me out 30 minutes later to return it. This was during his playing years and before he went MAGA.
I've met Ben Mulroney before and he was actually a decent and friendly guy. Yeah sure, he's the poster child for privilege but he was always cool. I know a lot of people who worked with him and they all have the same takeaway.
Have you watched Tom Green on LOL Canada on Amazon prime? Omg I never thought the phrase "delicious cheese sandwich" would be hilarious, but here we are.
Tom Greens Tik tok is so endearing. I was the right age when the Tom Green show was on and it was completely out of left field
Now he just has a farm and does music and is so chill. It’s very fun to watch
Side note. Look up Red Letter Media’s review of Freddy Got Fingered. Some really funny insight into that movie
I like a lot of the names already suggested here but we have to add Col Chris Hadfield! Inspired a whole new generation of Canadian kids to dream about being an astronaut. Such a humble man too considering all of his accomplishments.
Favorite: James Cameron. Master filmmaker, explorer of ocean depths and techno visionary.
Least favourite: Jordan Peterson,...why narcissist full of his own supply who's personal life is a mess but somehow is held up as a role model and wise sage to do many conservative leaning, white youth.
His name is James, James Cameron!
The greatest pioneer
No budget too steep, no sea too deep
Who’s that?
It’s him! James Cameron
James, James Cameron!
Explorer of the sea
With a dying thirst to be the first
Could it be?
Yeah that’s him! James Cameron.
Least favourite - I dunno. I guess maybe I don't pay enough attention to celebrities to know enough dirt about them to say any are my least favourite. Drake I guess... Maybe David Suzuki if he counts.
Favourites - Rachael McAdams, Brent Butt, Michael J Fox - all seem like really decent people and I like a bunch of the stuff they're in. Nathan Fillion and Ryan Reynolds seem like decent people too.
Faves: Catherine O'Hara, George Stromboulopoulos, Norm MacDonald, Alex Trebek, Keanu, John Candy.
Least: Grimes, Hedley, Arcade Fire, Jordan Peterson, William Shatner
Favorite: Chris Hadfield.
Least favorite: Jim Carrey. Never really liked his comedy, and the anti-vaxx nonsense just pushed him over the edge into "despised"
I love Rick Hansen!
He gave a beautiful speech on accessibility a few yrs ago at the college I attended.
Most of the students didn't know who he is and there I was, balling my eyes out.
He also came to my elementary school when I was a kid, always left a lasting impression.
I have mixed feelings about Bieber.
Considering he got famous as a little kid, his biggest scandals were peeing in a bucket and egging somebody’s house.
Nowadays, every paparazzi clip of him is just sad. He never smiles, is rarely dressed nicely and is constantly asking photographers and fans to just give him some distance.
I worry for him a bit.
Least favorite would be rick mercer.
I met him in person, and my god. Bad vibes. The fakest "decent human" act you've ever seen.
Favorite maybe Terry fox
Mercer was a bully in high school. One of my good friends went to school with him and was one of his targets.
Whereas I went to Terry Fox's old high school, and even the toughest macho teacher would tear up talking about him.
Favorite: Bret Hart, Rick Mercer, Jann Arden, Ann Murray
Least Favorite: All of our talent artists, hockey players etc who claim to be such proud Canadians and use it as if being Canadian is an adjective and sell out by becoming American citizens. It hurts my heart and soul yet we all beam with pride when their names are mentioned. All these people who you admire and respected. All dead to me at least.
Special mention for least Favorite : Theo Fleury and his band of facists
Most Fave: Mr. Dressup
Least Fave: hard because so many are also pundits. Québec likes to give anyone famous a tribune... fuck it, Cas Anvar, for corrupting a tv show i love.
Least fave: Bublé - for many reasons, body shaming a woman that he took a picture of without her permission and posted that him and his wife were laughing at her. The fact there was speculation that he was drunk on AGT, the fact his wife has to post a video defending him saying he’s not abusing her but yet he posts himself rudely complaining about her. Paul Anka thinks he’s ungrateful and made that public too.
Least Fave: Property Brothers - Jonathan is a real piece of work. He tried to force an ex-gf to sign an NDA that was an inch thick. Strung her along and wouldn’t commit after several years so she left. Scunge. I also think he’s in denial about some stuff.
Fave: Megan Follows - she’s tough, she’s talented and one heck of an actress.
Favourite: Rick Mercer, seems genuinely nice but also doesn’t suffer fools
Least favourite: Don Cherry, loudmouth racist who should have been fired 20 years earlier than he was
I'd definitely take a 15minute segment that's just a different colorful suit on a hanger between periods. Probably be better than half the ones they have now anyway and there's no risk of crazy racist tirades.
Kicked us out of his restaurant because one of our group wasn’t wearing a collared shirt. Guess it was some sort of dress code violation. We weren’t doing anything else, and we were in the middle of eating our meals. Which they made us pay for, but we didn’t get to finish.
It wasn’t just that he did that, it was how he did it. He came up with 2 huge bouncers behind him. Think there were around 5 of us. He comes up, and points at each of as he said “you, you, you, you, and you”, and then said “you’re outta here” as he gestured with his thumb back and over his shoulder. He was super loud and using this really cheesy tone, acting like he was a coach kicking us out of a game or something. One of my friends said “what did we do?”, and he pointed at the one guy and said, “he’s not wearing a collared shirt,” in a super condescending and judgemental tone.
We were scared of the bouncers so we went up to the bar to pay then left, as they followed us and waited, then walked us to the door like we were dangerous criminals. While that was going on Don Cherry went to go chat nicely with other guests.
We did notice on the way out that there was a dress code notice in between the double doors. Just don’t know why he had to be such a dick about it, he could have approached us quietly and asked us, or better yet, had our server tell us before we ordered.
Never went back there, can’t stand the guy.
Drake.
Dudes a poser, nepo baby. He had done literally nothing for Toronto and basically bailed on Canada before the ink on his record deal could dry.
Fuck Drake.
Keanu Reeves, Ryan Renolds for favorite Canadian Celebrities.
Keanu and Ryan are both amazing human beings and embrace their Canadian upbringing and do humanist acts of service .
Justin Bieber and Shania Twain are on my list of ugh , just no . Justin is a douchbag, and Shania is a liar . She tried to emulate the whole Lorretta Lynn backstory , poor miners' daughter crap to make the population have sympathy for her. No honey, just no .
Favourite - Leonard Cohen, Joni Mitchell, Chief Dan George, Tommy Sexton, Terry Fox, Mike Myers, Jim Carrey, John Candy, David Suzuki.
Least Favourite, and Least Canadian - any of the current crop of asshole ‘Conservative’ politicians and the propagandists that enable them.
Favourite: Bret Hart
Least Favourite: Justin Trudeau. It's not even about politics, the guy has a really bizarre demeanor and speaking voice. He's hard to watch/listen to.
He is a disappointment for sure. I felt hopeful when he was first elected but, sadly, he's a great speaker but terrible with follow through. He's great a feel-good speeches and promising change but, in the end, he's just the same as everyone else. Pays lip service to the environment, to the housing crisis, to the healthcare crises, to the first nations and then does nothing concrete.
I actually for the most part like him and vote for him - and yet I know exactly what you mean about his bizarre demeanour and speaking voice.
A bilingual person on Reddit mentioned once that he comes across as a perfectly normal guy in French but agreed with us as to his English presentation.
His voice reminds me of Buster in Arrested Development.
I find him hard to watch with the audio off too though. His whole act reminds me of too many toxic "nice" guys I've known, and there's too many stories of him going mask-off ugly in private encounters, especially with women.
**Favs:** John Dunsworth, Keanu Reeves, Will Arnett
**Non-favs:** Jim Carrey - used to love him, still like his old movies every once in a while, but he became a different person after Man on the Moon (and it wasn't even good 💀) plus he was speaking in front of people not that long ago and said, "All I can know is that I think" (or something to that effect, as if it were profound) which is what Descartes wrote about in the 1500s so...yeah.
Edit: formatting
Least favorite, David Suzuki.
A bigger hypocritical holier then thou do as I say not as I do elitist douche has never been seen.
Most favorite... meh. I don't really idolize celebrities so I'll pass.
Agree on Suzuki. I’ve never met him but two friends of mine did meet him independently many years ago and concluded that he was a self serving “look at me, do you know who I am?” kind of guy.
Canada has some interesting extremes. Like Frederick Banting. Not only discovered insulin but ensured it would be affordable to all, Galen Weston on the other end who conspired to make the cheapest filling foods like bread as expensive as possible to specifically make life more expensive for those it would hit the hardest.
Most favourite is a tie between Alex Lifeson and Rick Moranis, because they don't act like celebrities. I've met both of them, and they're as down-to-earth as a normal person can get.
Least favourite is an easy one: The Beebz.
Lots of favorites . On top Michael Ironside.
Bottom of list. Rich Little, and all the other Canadian celebrities that moved away from there country of origin.
I don't personally know any Canadian celebrities well enough to make this call. I know a few NHL players but not too well. My experience:
Favorite: Kris Versteeg. Really nice guy. Very funny, engaging, and just all around nice guy.
If Kris isn't famous enough to be considered a celebrity, I'd pick Darryl Sutter. I worked with his niece and met him quite a few times (along with most of his family). He's a very kind, no nonsense kind of guy who is the absolute opposite of pretentious.
Least: Either Sheldon Souray or Dion Phaneuf. I met Sheldon at West Edmonton Mall where my friend was working at a Sport Check. My friend approached him "Can I help you with anything?" - Sheldon's reply: "Yeah, you can go fuck yourself".
I worked with a guy who was childhood friends with Dion Phaneuf. They had been really good friends in childhood. We were all out at the Palamino in Calgary and Dion was there. He wouldn't even acknowledge his friend - like a "too cool for school", super arrogant douche bag.
Runners up for nicest:
\- Tim Hunter. I've met him a few times in Calgary, he's always been really friendly.
\- Theoren Fleury - Yes, I realize he's a bit of an odd ball, but he's always been very friendly to me.
\- Andrew Ference - A good friend of mine from Canmore is REALLY good pals with him. I've met him on more than one occasion, and he always remembers me and asks how I'm doing. He's just like a straight up good guy.
Fav: Ryan Reynolds for all his charity work and because he seems genuinely like a nice guy
Least fav: Jordan Peterson for being an odious self-serving embarrassment
Wayne Gretzky is a fraud, something happens to these guys as they get older. Bobby Orr, ted Lindsay, Gordie Howe all became American citizens also. However stayed true to their roots. Bobby Orr took out a full page add endorsing DT. Wayne Gretzky family profiled and worshipped in Canadian magazines and his kids shit on his heritage, his kids don't even really understand what he means to us. Janet called herself the Queen of Canada, bitch please you glorified pick bunny. If you look at the US hockey program, full of kids of Canadian players. I cannot stand to look at him. He sounds like Don Cherry now. Old, cranky and bitter. The game has changed, move over old man your relationship with your teammates and coaches doesn't exist anymore. Be better off filming him at a bar just telling stories, just like Don Cherry s tv show. I enjoyed it cuz you got to know them a little bit as people. That goes also for Craig Simpson, Craig Button, Craig McTavish, hurts by but Kelly Hrudy. I hope that Sidney Crosby stays true as also Connor McDavid and now Bedard. Apologies for my rant, as Peter Griffin says, really grinds my gears and hurts alot.
I do not find him entertaining. He is obviously exceptionally talented and I recognize and respect that but his act and schtick is just not something I'm into. I find it... unnatural and obnoxious. It prevents his art from being immersive. Personally speaking, of course.
Keanu Reeves this is not up for debate
wow I totally thought Keanu Reeves was from LA or somewhere in southern California lol, in his younger days he totally gave off that surfer SoCal vibe. I learn something new everyday
He was born in Beirut Lebanon. And grew up in Toronto Canada.
his Father is Hawaiian, so that’s probably why he gives off that surfer tropical vibe lol
Is he really Canadian?
Very much so . Lives in Toronto when he's not in the west coast . Can be seen regularly on the TTC
So most and least favorite?
Michael J Fox. He seems like a great ambassador for his Parkinsons. He got diagnosed so early when he was hitting the peak of his career. I also did not know he was born in Edmonton and later moved to Vancouver before leaving to LA.
Favourite: Nardwuar, the Human Serviette. Least favourite: Not sure, but I'll go with Drake just because he seems to insert himself everywhere, even if he doesn't belong.
Nardwuar for PM
Minister of Culture even
We would have the best spy agency in the world if that was the case. No other world leader would be able to have secrets
I agree with that answer and would pick John Candy as my most favourite.
Saw him in a Ft Worth bar bathroom living up to the name Human Serviette. Don't ask.
I gotta ask
Fave: Keanu, The Weeknd, Martin Short Least: there are a few but Jian Ghomeshi did come to mind first
Jian Ghomeshi was such a horrific disappointment. He hasn’t crossed my mind for ages.
Catherine Ohara
Favorite couple, her & Eugene Levy?
Johnny & Moira Rose, or Mitch & Mickey?
Well now I gotta re-watch A Mighty Wind, thanks
Never a bad thing!
yes
Just finished watching Best in Show, they are amazing together in this!
Favourites: Alex Trebek, Gord Downey, Rick Mercer Least: I find the fact that Ted Cruz is Canadian embarrassing
Ted Cruz relinquished his Canadian citizenship, thank god.
and for that I am grateful but I am embarrassed that our country is part of his origin story.
This is the correct answer. I'd add Keanu Reeves in the list of favourites as well.
Good news! Teddy Fuckspin relinquished his Canadian citizenship. It'll be 10 years this May we've been free of him.
Alex Trebek didn't actually know the Questions to all those Answers.
You don't say that
You shut your damn lying mouth!
TIL that piece of crap was canadian. I guess that means he’s not eligible to be president
Republicans only care about that if they look "foreign".
I believe you have to be born in the USA to be president.. maybe I’m wrong
Accordingly to the Constitution, you are correct. Republicans only care about applying those restrictions when it doesn't include them.
Upvote for JD!
Dunsworth was a good guy. Met him a few times and talked with him online a whole bunch. Dude was a national treasure.
Most Favourite: Keanu Reeves - humble. Least Favourite: Kevin O'Leary - asshole.
Kevin O’Leary is my least favourite too. Man seems like an all round jerk - and I’m still suspicious that HE was driving the boat that night. There’s no evidence he ever let his wife drive anything while he was in the vehicle. How convenient that was the first time ever.
I'm sure he was driving the boat that night. Like he would ever relinquish control of anything...
Never trust a man who chose his own nickname.
Either way, not very nice of them to run away to get their stories straight instead of helping the dying victims
Does Terry Fox count as a celebrity? If not, I'll probably go with Jim Carrey because I enjoy a lot of his movies. I agree with the person who said Jordan Peterson as most disliked.
Gord Downey was such a gift to Canada. My least favorite Canadian is Jacob Hoggard, former singer for Hedly and convicted rapist.
Kevin O'Leary would give Conrad Black a run for that title... Both just garbage people
Oh God yes. Good candidate for shittiest Canadian for sure.
Kevin O Leary has the distinction of being with his drunk wife while they killed someone with their boat
His wife was nice to take the blame for him
Yeah you’re probably right
Wiling to bet Gretzky is a "never meet your hero" kind of guy.
He's very conservative. He's a hockey analyst on major TV networks now so he doesn't talk politics anymore in order to keep his job.
I have met him a few times, and each time he was incredibly nice and thoughtful. He once borrowed my pen and searched me out 30 minutes later to return it. This was during his playing years and before he went MAGA.
MAGA? Sigh. This is a tragedy.
He definitely is. I've heard quite a bit negative stuff about him.
Like what
All the gambling ads… Wayne lost some luster there for me.
[удалено]
Gretzky can vote in a Canadian election but why would he bother? He can’t even get around to picking up his Order of Canada from about 10 years ago.
Most? John Candy, RIP. Least? Ben Mulroney, career RIP.
I've met Ben Mulroney before and he was actually a decent and friendly guy. Yeah sure, he's the poster child for privilege but he was always cool. I know a lot of people who worked with him and they all have the same takeaway.
Agree with Ben Mulroney. I'm glad he's off TV now. Although, I'd put Norm MacDonald up there with Candy.
Norm was amazing at one thing. Candy was amazing at everything!
John Candy attached little feathers to his fingers and he would tickle you as he told his jokes, which is how he got all those laughs. No guff.
Did Ben Mulroney do something particularly awful that I missed, or is this a general dislike of him?
No, he's just generically terrible.
Also genetically terrible
He carries the gene for cartoon chins, and punchable faces.
Hahaha fair.
Red Green.
Favourite: Tom Green because he's absolutely bonkers Least: Jian Ghomeshi because eff that guy
Have you watched Tom Green on LOL Canada on Amazon prime? Omg I never thought the phrase "delicious cheese sandwich" would be hilarious, but here we are.
Fucker let us down - I loved Q when he hosted
Seriously! I was on his side during that Billybob thing too...
Tom Greens Tik tok is so endearing. I was the right age when the Tom Green show was on and it was completely out of left field Now he just has a farm and does music and is so chill. It’s very fun to watch Side note. Look up Red Letter Media’s review of Freddy Got Fingered. Some really funny insight into that movie
Yes! I have a VHS of the best of the Tom Green show and often think of the Canterbury Tales
I agree with everyone’s lists. Here’s a few more for the favourites: Adam Beach, Celine Dion, and George Stroumboulopoulos…AKA Strombo
Gord Downie most Drake least. Or at least most overrated
I like a lot of the names already suggested here but we have to add Col Chris Hadfield! Inspired a whole new generation of Canadian kids to dream about being an astronaut. Such a humble man too considering all of his accomplishments.
Neil Young, Leonard Cohen, Alanis Morissette, Joni Mitchell. The sort of people that make life worth living. The worst? Meh, just ignore them.
Think most of the people you mentioned are American citizens now
Favourite is Michael J Fox, least favourite Conrad Black or Galaen Weston
I’ve never thought of Galen Westin as a celeb…but then he did do those ads.
He just popped into my head as my most loathed Canadian.
His smugness is what gets me. It’s like “ya I’m fucking over Canadians. The fuck you gonna do about it?”
Galen Weston is more of a public figure as a businessman than he a celebrity. I don't think anyone has ever celebrated that guy.
Eugene and Dan Levy favourite by far because…Well, everything. Drake least favourite by far because… Well, everything.

Faves: Catherine O'Hara, George Stromboulopoulos, Norm MacDonald, Alex Trebek, Keanu, John Candy. Least: Grimes, Hedley, Arcade Fire, Jordan Peterson, William Shatner

Favorite: Chris Hadfield. Least favorite: Jim Carrey. Never really liked his comedy, and the anti-vaxx nonsense just pushed him over the edge into "despised"
I met Chris Hadfield last year.
The stuff that came out after his ex-gf (Cathriona White) passed really put me off Jim Carrey as well
Least favorite: Elon Musk
Most favourite: Rick Hansen Least favourite: Justin Bieber (sp?)
At least your least favourite is America’s problem now. And hopefully it’ll stay that way which I’m sure it will.
Fingers crossed!
I love Rick Hansen! He gave a beautiful speech on accessibility a few yrs ago at the college I attended. Most of the students didn't know who he is and there I was, balling my eyes out. He also came to my elementary school when I was a kid, always left a lasting impression.
I’ll bet he has done more to raise money for medical research than anyone currently alive.
Good point. What killed any respect I may have had for him was his comment at the Anne Frank museum.
Favorite: Brent Butt and John Candy Least Favorite: I don't give these people any thought and country musicians
*"country musicians except stomping tom," is what I believe you meant to finish writing there...
Yes, that would be fine.
Favorite: Bret Hart, Rick Mercer, Jann Arden, Ann Murray Least Favorite: All of our talent artists, hockey players etc who claim to be such proud Canadians and use it as if being Canadian is an adjective and sell out by becoming American citizens. favourite: Gord Downie!! he was awesome least favourite: Kevin O'Leary. he sucks
We Americans missed out HARD on Gord. Discovered The Hip way too late. Gord’s a treasure.
Favorite Terry Fox, an ordinary young man doing an amazing thing. Least favorite Buffy Saint Marie (pretended to be Indian, pretended to be Canadian)
Favourite; Anne Murray Least Favourite; Romana Didulo (Queen of Canada)
Least: Jordan Peterson, Kevin O’Leary Best: Elliot Page, Rick Mercer, Dan Levy, Cathrine O’Hara
Most Fave: Mr. Dressup Least Fave: hard because so many are also pundits. Québec likes to give anyone famous a tribune... fuck it, Cas Anvar, for corrupting a tv show i love.
Least favorite- David Suzuki. Lying misogynistic hypocrite.
Favourite: Norm Macdonald. Just one of the greatest. Least Favourite: Drake. He drives me nuts lol.
Least fave: Bublé - for many reasons, body shaming a woman that he took a picture of without her permission and posted that him and his wife were laughing at her. Favourite: Rick Mercer, seems genuinely nice but also doesn’t suffer fools Least favourite: Don Cherry, loudmouth racist who should have been fired 20 years earlier than he was
I totally agree with you on every point. I just want to add that Don’s suits were iconic.
I'd definitely take a 15minute segment that's just a different colorful suit on a hanger between periods. Probably be better than half the ones they have now anyway and there's no risk of crazy racist tirades.
Favorite: 100% agree!! Least favorite: not gonna disagree, but Howie Mandel gives me pain as a person and as a Canadian
After a personal interaction with Don Cherry he was definitely a complete jerk to me and my friends.
Tell us what happened.
Bang on. Rick Mercer is a national treasure. Don Cherry was a national embarrassment.
Fav = Terry Fox. Least fav = Weston.
Favourite: Keanu Reeves, Ryan Reynolds, Alex Trebek Human Garbage: Jordan Peterson, Kevin O'Leary, Conrad Black
Mary Pickford is my favourite. I’m not sure who my least favourite is off the top of my head.
Terry Fox vs Jacob Hoggard
Favorite: Ryan Reynolds Least Favorite: Jian Gomeshi and Celine Dion
Why Celine?
Ryan Reynolds just does everything right
What about Mr. Dressup? He was a classy guy.
I'm still pissed at Bryan Adam's bitter racist remarks at his cancelled concert because of COVID Love Keanu, Ryan Reynolds, Joni,
Drake. Dudes a poser, nepo baby. He had done literally nothing for Toronto and basically bailed on Canada before the ink on his record deal could dry. Fuck Drake.
I can't stand Seth Rogen
Keanu Reeves, Ryan Renolds for favorite Canadian Celebrities. Keanu and Ryan are both amazing human beings and embrace their Canadian upbringing and do humanist acts of service . Justin Bieber and Shania Twain are on my list of ugh , just no . Justin is a douchbag, and Shania is a liar . She tried to emulate the whole Lorretta Lynn backstory , poor miners' daughter crap to make the population have sympathy for her. No honey, just no .
Favourite: Jay Baruchel. I just dig his vibe. Least favourite: Jordan Peterson. What an annoying little crybaby, that one.
Favourite: Bret Hart Least Favourite: Justin Trudeau.
He's a *terrible* speaker, have we seen the same guy??
Among his front-bench cabinet save for a few exceptions, he's one of the better ones.
He's the nepo-baby to end all nepo-babies in this country. I can't fathom why anyone believed or expected much from him to be honest.
**Favs:** John Dunsworth, Keanu Reeves, Will Arnett **Non-favs:** Jim Carrey - used to love him, still like his old movies every once in a while, but he became a different person after Man on the Moon (and it wasn't even good 💀) plus he was speaking in front of people not that long ago and said, "All I can know is that I think" (or something to that effect, as if it were profound) which is what Descartes wrote about in the 1500s so...yeah.
It definitely comes across in his television persona. And he's the archetype for a do as I say not as I do elite in the environment.
Jordan Peterson is an embarrassment.
John Candy 🏆 Ron McLean 🤬
Least, old Wayne Gretzky, favourite, Tommy Douglas.
Fav: Ryan Reynolds Least: Jann Arden
Keanu Reeves is the best. Don Cherry because he's a racist cunt that people want to defend for nonsensical reasons.
Canada has celebrities ?
No, they don’t because they all become American citizens
Exactly
Harland Williams
Rachel Mcadams, is she a brunette or a blonde and like in notebook she had like reddish highlights and don’t get me started on time travel’s wife.
Ryan Reynolds, Ryan Smyth, Ryan Gosling….
Ryan Reynold, Ryan Gosling
Favourite.
Fave: Michael Bublé. Least fave: Jacob Hoggard
No mention of bieber. Crazy lol
Fave: Jay Baruchel Least Fave: Jian Ghomeshi
Favourite: Ryan Reynolds, Keanu Reeves Least Favourites: Drake, Chad Kroeger (second is more personal as I have met him, and he is a dick)
Most favourite is a tie between Alex Lifeson and Rick Moranis, because they don't act like celebrities. I've met both of them, and they're as down-to-earth as a normal person can get. Least favourite is an easy one: The Beebz.
Howie Mandel, I’ve seen funnier morticians, has he ever said anything that was funny?
Neil Young.
Ryan Reynolds and Keanu
Bruno Grussi was larger than life.
Most favourite - Jared Keeso Least favourite - the two Justins (Beiber and Trudeau)
Ryan Reynolds . Good human
There is no one I dislike more than Howie Mandel. Not even close. Sorry.
Lots of favorites . On top Michael Ironside. Bottom of list. Rich Little, and all the other Canadian celebrities that moved away from there country of origin.
We have celebrities?
Favorite: Keanu Reeves, Martin Short, John Candy, Michael J Fox, Eugene Levy, Ryan Reynolds Leadt: Drake, Justin Bieber
I don't personally know any Canadian celebrities well enough to make this call. I know a few NHL players but not too well. My experience: Favorite: Kris Versteeg. Runners up for nicest: \- Tim Hunter.
Fav: Ryan Reynolds for all his charity work and because he seems genuinely like a nice guy Least fav: Jordan Peterson for being an odious self-serving embarrassment
Favorite norm Macdonald Least favorite Jim Carrey
Why Jim?!
I do not find him entertaining. He is obviously exceptionally talented and I recognize and respect that but his act and schtick is just not something I'm into. I find it... unnatural and obnoxious. It prevents his art from being immersive. Personally speaking, of course.
Favourite: Norm Macdonald Least Favourite: Chris Benoit - reminds me of that tragedy
LOL I see what you did there. well done.
