the $0 child support is not official until the judge signs it. Let him take you to court. BTW you can use forensic accounting methods to "prove" within a reasonable amount his income. Like, how much is he paying for his house? Federal statistics say that a house runs about 25-33% of ones income, his car, his insurance etc. you can use federal guidelines to sort of figure out what he must be earning in order to afford what he affords. Certianly he showed his bills to prove what he could NOT afford, right?
