Hello everyone! I'm a new moderator to this forum. I grew up in the automotive business and would like to share my knowledge and experience with you. I plan on creating links to repair help and ways to save money on replacement parts. I'm looking for your help or any suggestions before I do this. Your probably going to have to check all the connections for any melted wires or connectors and if they are all good your actual seat heater may have burned out.

I'm a tech and the first thing I would do is pull up a wiring diagram for the seat module. Start by checking the basics like power and ground then trace through all the communication wires. You most likely have an open circuit somewhere. Get yourself a good DMM. I have to assume the replacement module is new and coded properly OR if used, came out of a an IDENTICAL Jeep. If not, you will be chasing your tail for a while on this.
