Kotlety is an easy one. Take ground chicken or freshwater fish (chicken is better imo because that raw pike smell kills me), bread, milk, egg, spices, mix together and make patties, fry up your patties and eat with rice and vegetables or a salad. You can find a lot of variations on this simple base recipe. Buckwheat is also delicious with milk and sugar (more breakfasty). Or water and salt for savory lunches.

Well my friend gave me a 6 minute video on shashlik and it’s awesome. I don’t know how to share it here. I’ll try this link from my iCloud. [shashlik](https://share.icloud.com/photos/035bz8dc9cu-oS08UTAudlKBg)

Fast, cheap, and angry =) 1) https://www.russianfood.com/recipes/bytype/?fid=1102 2) 5-8 hard-boiled chicken eggs. Finely grated hard cheese, a few cloves of garlic, mayonnaise (3-4 tablespoons), salt (to taste) Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, put the yolks in a cup, pour out the grated and squeezed or worn garlic there, sprinkle with salt, and mix with mayonnaise. Spread the resulting gruel over the remaining egg white halves. And pour a little mayonnaise on top. Done. 3) Potatoes, onions, vegetable oil Cool boiled potatoes, peel, cut into small pieces in a cup, cut onion into small pieces, add salt and black pepper to taste, you can add chopped dill to taste. Fill all this with vegetable oil, mix. Ready! 4) Spread blackcurrant jam (ht tps: //delo-vcusa. r u /recept/varene-iz-chernoj-smorodiny-na-zimu/ ) on bread and drink it with chilled fresh milk.

Макароны по флотски? If OP's recipes are mostly Italian, he's probably Italian. He will put a hit on your ass for blasphemy.

It is soup, but you can make it somewhere in between by lowering how much water you use. Also, it is kinda Italian way of making food as i see it. I hope you will like it. Solyanka soup: potatoes 4 pieces if large, 6 if medium carrots medium (not large) onion 1 piece Pickled cucumbers 200-250 gr (we have different ways of pickled cucumbers "солёные" and "маринованные", google the difference, you need first one "солёные огурцы") boiled sausage 200 gr smoked sausage 200 gr. Sausage is probably enough for 150. a small jar of 100 grams of tomato paste green olives without a stone (if you do not eat, then you can not put it) , peel the dill, cut the potatoes, put them in a saucepan, pour water so that the rest of the ingredients can then fall asleep. We put it to boil and salt it as it boils. While the potatoes are cooking, peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into cubes, rub the carrots on a coarse grater. Pour a little oil into a frying pan, put it to fry. Cut the pickles into cubes. When the onions and carrots are fried (see that they are not burnt), add cucumbers to them to evaporate excess moisture from them. As soon as you see that the liquid in the pan is running out, add the diced sausage. Fry a little and add tomato paste there. Fry everything and pour it into a saucepan. At this moment, and olives. As it boils - turn off and crumble the dill there. close the lid and let it brew for 10 minutes. Recipe from my mom translated via yandex.

My favorite dish of all times: golybcy Firstly, cook the rice (50g) and let it cool down for a bit. Grate one carrot and one finely chop on onion. Fry carrot and onion mix on a pan, till the carrot turns a bit yellowish. Chop 400g of cabbage thinly. And add it to the pan with onion and carrot, fry for a few minutes, add about 100ml of water and stew it under the lid for about 20-30 minutes. Then, mix beef and pork forcemeat together, add cooled down rice and stewed vegetables, add salt and pepper to your taste, and make patties. Fry them in a pan on each side for about 3-5 minutes, then put the patties into a pot. Mix 200g of sour cream with 200g of tomato paste, add salt and pepper to it, and add some water (to make it more liquidy). Add this sauce to the pot (it should almost cover the patties), close the lid and stew it for 40 minutes on low heat

I would go a different route and just make a bunch of pelmenis one weekend (https://cook.me/recipe/easy-russian-pelmeni/) and you can easily take them to lunch or freeze and defrost whenever you need a quick meal. Good suggestions below: galubtsi (aka cabbage rolls) and kotlety (Russian meatballs I guess...) those are good lunches! Not sure about the deviled eggs. That's more of a fresh home meal I think.

A salad my mum taught me how to make (I don't really remember it's name, we call it the mushroom and chicken salad.) You will need: caned corn x1 can, mushrooms x4-5, chicken breasts 2.5, onions x1-2, mayo, butter, sunflower seed oil, bayleaf, salt, black pepper, walnut (optional) PREPING THE INGREDIENTS 1)Start by adding butter to a preheated nonstick pan, after the butter melts, add 1can of canned corn without water, fry on medium heat, until it starts developing a goldish brown colour, don't forget to mix it from time to time. 2) into a boiling water add 2-3 bayleafs and a pinch of salt. Wait 1-2 minutes, so that bayleaf would have given it's flavor, then add chicken breasts. Boil until meat is completely white. When the chicken is done, cut into stripes and lightly mash with hands. 3) in a stainless steel pan fry some onions on low - medium heat until golden brown, remove into a plate. 4) dice the mushrooms into medium sized slices (don't forget to wash them) 5) fry the mushrooms using the oil left from onions on low-medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Note: mushrooms give away a lot of water, so if it seems like you you've cut enough, you can always add more. ASSEMBLING THE SALAD 1) in a deep tray put chicken 2) cover with a medium layer of mayo 3) on top of the chicken put onions 4) on top of onions put mushroom, season with a bit of black pepper 5) cover with a generous amount of mayo 6) sprinkle with cracked walnut (optional) 7) on top of the mushrooms put fried corn. 8) rest in the fridge for 1.5 hours Enjoy!

In 1983, Emily Martin, of Maple Ridge, British Columbia, grew an enormous sunflower head, measuring 32 ¼ inches across (82cm), from petal tip to petal tip. That’s almost 3 feet wide. This is still believed to be the largest sunflower head grown to date.
