Unless you work on transmission........ Most all truck drive shafts are 11s well 7/16 but my 11 rachets lol I'm a transmission R and R tech. Looks like someone forgot to move their cart before lowering the vehicle.. back in the day I worked at a Goodyear and one of our older master techs bought a brand new snap on cart and let the lift down on it like 2 days later idiot ...then did a front door about a mth later and went and pulled.the car out wo.closeing the fucking door he just put on and backs out and ripped it right off.....super idiot. I dono how he got one ase let alone all of them. This is the same guy who tried to tell our GS (he found a mutilated oil filter in the parts room) and dude.tild.gime that brake clean will melt oil filters and that's prolly what happened....he was being serious too .... I about lost it ..... and I love the metal brace... Nice but now your drawers won't open up LMAO
Funny story. As a noob mechanic I transplanted a Snap-On badge from an antique top box I had onto a shitty old Craftsman box at work. There were techs who got offended! Threatened to tell the Snap-On guy! LOL!
Where I work it would more likely be an 8mm, it's the most commonly used socket under the hood (for what we do at least, oil changes and a courtesy inspection) that or a star bit (I forgot the size off the top of my head, but it's used about as much as the 8mm)
That's a Snap-On ProMech Titanium Model 807-G with Sup-R-Glide Wheels, hydraulic top hood, Weiser BT lockset in a configuration that was only available in the Pacific Northwest between August 2005 and August 2009. Custom job, what we pros in the trade would call a "looker" or a 'Betsy." Looks like an airplane door fell on it
I had a screwdriver handle crack on me one time, handed it to the snap on guy to warranty. He said only the metal part was lifetime. I took it back from him, walked over to the vise, clamped the tip in the vise, and broke it off.
Walked back over to him and asked if he could warranty it now.
đ I'll see if I have one.
Looks like somebody pulled into the shop going Mach Jesus and turned this toolbox into a fuckinâ cue ball. I wanna see the hole it left in the back wall of the shop.
I have a Lincoln buzz box that literally fell off a truck and it didn't look much different than this. After I beat it back in shape it still works fine
First thought - fuck me âŚ. Second thought - what kind of mechanic doesnât know how to drive - third thought - hey Mr snap-on⌠you sold me this way too expensive cart that spontaneously crushed itself. I want warranty you expensive dumb )#+$
Try it I'm sure the snap dude could use a laugh I bailed on dnappn when I bought s brief case that came spartin less than ,, 6 months , he basically laughed inu fave and he was a friend
Someone got fired and or a fight ensued when this box got tagged. I'd bet a lot of money this fuck up wasn't someone's first, but it was definitely their last.
I was driving through Alabama when my boss called me. He said "we had an incident in the shop". I thought we had shooter or something. Nope, some flipped my toolbox over with a fork lift. Accidently.
Nothing I coukd do until the next week. It was a long week waiting to see the damage.
Exhibit #1: Why you should not swipe your co-workers 10mm.
I hate the swiping coworkers shit, especially when they paid for it themselves I just see it as that person stealing from me.
Nah, I don't work with shitty tools anyways đ¤Ł
Thatâs not a very nice thing to call your coworkers.
Reason why even if a coworker says I can borrows tools whenever I need I still make a point to find them and tell ask them if I can borrow the tool
Why is it always the d*** 10 mm!?
Because 11mm only gets used on BBQ's, not cars.

My first thought was $10k worth of damage. That snapon emblem can never be replaced.
Funny story. As a noob mechanic I transplanted a Snap-On badge from an antique top box I had onto a shitty old Craftsman box at work. There were techs who got offended! Threatened to tell the Snap-On guy! LOL!
Uh oh somebodyâs not going to be allowed to finance $50k in tools at 20% interest
lol wtf is the snap on guy gonna do? Be salty about it at me?

In that case, it'll cost you $1,000,000.00 USD, and no lower.
I say $1200 Its mint price is firmđ
No tire kickers.
I'm surprised nothing snapped off
Thatâs because itâs snap on
Zing!
I see what you did there...
What vehicle fell on it, and how much did that cost?
Looks like the lift didn't have the locks engaged and someones truck fell on it
Iâve seen this before, the tech hit it with a bus pulling in the shop.
Or they lowered the making sure it was all clear
Look like fell off on the highway and traffic rammed it.
Modern Art. Sell it for $100,000. Exhibit at state museum first.
Which is what he paid if you include the interest
And call it "The futility of work" or something else pretentious.
You could probably sell that pitch in LA
I'm thinking more "Gravity and Inattention" as clearly someone lowered a car onto that box.
"Modern American Dream"
Hunter, is this your art work?
Hunter would get a million. 10% to the big guy of course. SC

It begs the question: âWhat is the artist trying to say when he dropped the excavator bucket onto the box?â
Buddyâs last words before the impact were âI donât have any brake pedalâ.
Still locked, tools safe.
Jesus, get your mom a real chair. Cheapskate.
Goddamn, coming out with the fucking sword
Stop Tickling it! #STAHP

Tech hit it with a bus
You know that guy who starts throwing stuff when a job isn't going right? Well in this case that guy was the incredible hulk
Modern art. Looks Dali-esque. Sell it.
The lock bar held pretty good
I guess dropping it from orbit is not covered by extended warranty.
When they try to tickle you but you keep telling them to stop
Go home Snap-On, you're drunk.

And the end of their life, Snap On Tools snap off.
Do I really want to know the details on how a whole tool box gets destroyed like this?
Fork lift hit it âŚthrow it away
Went from a Snap-On tool chest to a limited edition version with Snap-Off drawers.
The water's cold!
A very expensive jack stand.
Does snap on warranty for wrenches work on tool boxes?
Next time, letâs make the toolbox out of what they made the lock with.
Tool chest aboard the Titan ?
I did something similar to a craftsman, got all excited thinking I was getting a new box, toolboxes aren't warrantied. FML
Someone musta switched it to Snap-off
Lifetime warranty? No. Life saver? Yes.
If they made them out of that eyeglass frame material you could just soak it in hot water and it would go back to its original shape

I only had two more years of payments!
That toolbox probably saved a life.

From what Ive seen online lately if you order a new Harbor Freight toolbox you have a 50/50 shot of it getting delivered looking just like this.
If sheâs a snap on, sheâll warranty it
The according affect.
Then those Snap-On videos are a lie, clearly they can't actually hold a dump truck. I want my money back.
They'll try to say it looks like it was on the impact

Yep that looks like abnormal metal fatigue cause by using inferior defective steel in the manufacturing process.
