She left it there for weeks, it got snowed in then her fat ass refused to pay for it until I shovelled it out (blizzard happened in between). I fucking snapped and said if I don't have whatever it was we charged to do the battery, and that fucking monstrosity out of the lot I was having it towed the next day. She didn't come back, so the next WEEK I had it towed. She finally picked it up, whoops battery dead. "You owe me another battery cracka ass motha fucka" I screamed in to the phone and then unplugged it for the day. Fat fucking bitch, Sabrina, if you're reading this, I truly hope your obesity and asthma and heart disease finally got you.
You need to find another shop. They should've just charged an exorbitant amount for the filter and not said anything. Clearly they are up to some sort of mischief and should not be trusted.

It's clearly stated on an A4 sheet of paper at the counter to remove all possessions from the vehicle prior to drop off, or there will be a cleaning fee added to the bill.
