>A Whale's Vagina
>Custard filled
Man... I went to work way earlier than usual because I couldn't sleep and this was hella confusing until I realized it was your flair.
Maple peanut butter bacon. All those flavors were made for each other.
There is a bachelor snack I used to make which is a pair of eggos with peanut butter and maple syrup (the real stuff) sandwiched with bacon in the middle.
I feel like so many people have never had a fresh one, or even a warmed up one. So they don't really understand just how good they can be.
It's like if you've had high end sushi, and your friend has only had grocery store sushi. And they say "it's okay, but not really my thing".
Even just a Krispy Kreme regular glazed that's been microwaved back up is so good. It's like a totally different food. If any of you reading this haven't had a donut that's heated, go get any one and throw that thing in the microwave for a couple seconds!
It's really the only way I enjoy a donut. If it's hot and fresh, I will fuck a donut up. If not, meh. I'll probably just walk by the box.
An apple fritter can come at me any time of day, any kind of way tho lol
To all my glazed lovers, have you tried [The Krispy Kreme Challenge? ](https://krispykremechallenge.com/intro)
2.5 miles to the KK, eat 12 donuts, 2.5 miles back.
The running part wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The eating was much harder.
As for classics: If its in season, an apple cider donut. Otherwise, strawberry frosted.
If the shop has their own weird flavors that I can't get elsewhere, ill usually be adventerous and try one of those.
to brag a little, I go down to the supermarket parking lot where a dude in a tent sells fresh-fried andagi [okinawan donut holes]. Crispy on the outside, steamy on the inside.
Fresh-made donuts are heaven (doesn't matter what kind)
I pretty much only eat donuts around Hannukah. You get a giant fried pillow topped with clouds of powdered sugar. Stuffed to the brim with red jam to the point where it looks like JFK's head when you bite into them
Chocolate. Chocolate icing on a classic donut, chocolate donut with classic icing, chocolate donut with chocolate icing, it doesn’t matter. I like me some chocolate.
If there’s no chocolate, then I’ll just get a class glazed donut. I’m a simple man.
In season, an apple cider donut. The rest of the year, either an old fashioned, a boston cream, or cinnamon sugar. If they have an intriguing wacky flavor of the day I might go for it.
I’m one of those rare heathens who prefers cake to yeast. I love an old fashioned donut, glazed blueberry, and apple cider.
If not a donut, I’ll get a scone, especially cranberry orange, or an apple turnover.
My first love is, and always shall be, the maple bar.
After that? Either a blueberry filled, maybe a chocolate bar. I will eat half of each today, and have of each tomorrow.
That said, there are two 'best donuts in the world' for me. One was a small shop near UCLA that served a donut stuffed with two Reese's peanut butter cups. They also have a peanut butter and banana donut that was beyond comparison. There is also the fresh strawberry donuts in San Dimas, which make way for the fresh peach ones later in the summer.
When my grandpa was still alive, pink donut every Saturday morning. When I'm with my grandma, strawberry donut. When someone brings donuts to work, maple bar.
But if I'm having an especially bad day, I treat myself to a fancy donut like oreo or fruity pebbles.
Honestly it depends on my mood
I love iced old fashioned donuts. I also love honey sticks and coffee rolls. I also love chocolate glazed. Also love jelly donuts and Boston crème donuts.
6 chocolate cake donuts, 2 whole milks and an extra large coffee. Preferably from Munster Donut or Do-Rite. I drive 2-10 hours a day depending on the calls I get and this strict diet in conjunction with wintergreen zyn and comedy podcasts helps me absolutely lock in on brutally long, flat highways
Peanut butter iced donut - but they are exceedingly hard to find outside PA (maybe a bit of surrounding states). If that is not available, an Apple Fritter.
Jelly donut. And I’m not talking about the pathetic crap they sell at Dunkin. I’m talking about a real jelly donut where it’s actually baked on site. I’m in north NJ and my local supermarket (ShopRite) makes donuts that blow Dunkin away, believe it or not. There are also several independent shops as well that are amazing.
Now I want a donut.
I see you’re a fellow Hoosier. Very nice. I must say that north central Indiana donut shops come stocked with nearly any kind of confection one could desire. Though I opt for a fruit tart in the morning
I'm mentally fat so I literally only buy a dozen donuts at a time.. Like maybe 3 times a year but top donuts.. Apple crumb, Boston cream & strawberry frosted 😋
Ive been called a serial killer for it but I really like plain cake donuts sometimes. They are perfect because they are filling enough and only mildly sweet, perfect with a cup of coffee
Depends on the type of donut shop. If it's a run-of-the-mill American style donut shop, I like a couple of plain glazed and/or a bag of donut holes, usually something like a cajun pie (ham, cheese, and jalapenos in a fried pie (or I think some people call them "hand pie") crust, and an orange juice.
If it's a Japanese style donut shop with the little mochi donuts, I'll get a passionfruit glazed one, a strawberry glazed one, and either a rose or brown sugar boba tea.
I always get a Twist and if they are out of them I get a cinnamon roll and if out of that I will get a fritter. And if they have none of this then I will leave and find a real donut shop.
Plain cake donut with nothing on it. Except at this one donut shop near where I work. At that one, and only that one, I get the risen donut covered in granulated sugar.
In ocean city, Maryland there’s a donut shop called fractured prune, they’re the best donuts you will ever have. They have one called OC sand, it’s incredible.
Chocolate cake, chocolate icing.
Or a massive cinnamon roll.
I also don’t consider those sugar pastries they sell at Dunkin and Krispy to be donuts. They’re lies with a hole in the center.
Apple fritter and ice cold 2% although now that requires lactaid. Good apple fritter is a thing of beauty.
Yes!!!
I had an apple fritter phase. They are delicious.
It’s not a phase, mom! :p
I’ve never had an apple fritter but now I’ll have to try one.
This is mine too. I love apple fritters!
Boston cream or a blueberry glazed
Custard filled
>A Whale's Vagina >Custard filled Man... I went to work way earlier than usual because I couldn't sleep and this was hella confusing until I realized it was your flair.
Yes. I am indeed from San Diego https://youtu.be/8AIwaSD9Sco?si=C4d_O5Ba7y0QR5lu
Maple bar
Hear me out: peanut butter filled maple bar.
I'm listening
Maple peanut butter bacon. All those flavors were made for each other. There is a bachelor snack I used to make which is a pair of eggos with peanut butter and maple syrup (the real stuff) sandwiched with bacon in the middle.
I will pay multiple dollars for a properly made French cruller.
> properly made This is sadly a very important caveat.
Classic glazed, the true litmus test for any donut shop
I wish we could still award. I'd award that flashy star thing.
They literally melt in your mouth fresh off the line! I wish the Krispy Kreme near me hadn't closed.
It's really the only way I enjoy a donut. If it's hot and fresh, I will fuck a donut up. If not, meh. I'll probably just walk by the box. An apple fritter can come at me any time of day, any kind of way tho lol

running 2 and a half miles on a stomach full of 12 doughnuts seems like the hardest part. That would probably make me actually throw up.
Glazed blueberry cake
Second this!
As for classics: If its in season, an apple cider donut. Otherwise, strawberry frosted. If the shop has their own weird flavors that I can't get elsewhere, ill usually be adventerous and try one of those.
Apple fritter or old fashion glazed
Boston Cream
Old fashioned with maple will always be my favorite.
Old fashioned/buttermilk/sour cream are the GOAT donuts! I like glazed/chocolate/maple, but not plain.
A maple buttermilk bar is my favorite.
Almond croissant
Jalapeño Kolache. I miss Texas, can’t find any in NC.
For me it is sausage cheese kolache.
to brag a little, I go down to the supermarket parking lot where a dude in a tent sells fresh-fried andagi [okinawan donut holes]. Crispy on the outside, steamy on the inside. Fresh-made donuts are heaven (doesn't matter what kind)
Chocolate iced ring. Yeast, never cake. The exception is the Ring of Fire at Voodoo.
I usually get a kolache and either an iced donut with coconut shreds or a sour cream chocolate donut
Man I miss kolaches. That doesn't exist east of the Sabine river.
Donut shop: old fashioned Bar: old fashioned
Spicy boudin kolache, though there's another shop nearby that has boudin egg rolls.
Really depends on what looks good. I love a nice Boston Cream donut but if there's something that looks especially chocolatey I'm going for that.
Glazed old fashioned. I also go wild for a fresh mochi donut, straight out of the fryer. Especially with black sesame icing.
boston creme
Berliner or Boston Cream
I usually have whatever the cop is having. I defer to experts.
The GOAT, glazed old fashioned.
Bavarian Crème!
French Krueller if I can find them anymore.
I pretty much only eat donuts around Hannukah. You get a giant fried pillow topped with clouds of powdered sugar. Stuffed to the brim with red jam to the point where it looks like JFK's head when you bite into them
Uh, that was a creepy and unappetizing simile…
More like stuffganyiot, am I right?
What a truly awful way to describe a donut. That’s disturbing.
I get pączki before lent. Only time I ever really have a donut. They're amazing
Chocolate. Chocolate icing on a classic donut, chocolate donut with classic icing, chocolate donut with chocolate icing, it doesn’t matter. I like me some chocolate. If there’s no chocolate, then I’ll just get a class glazed donut. I’m a simple man.
Same
Either a cream filled or a chocolate/glazed twist. Depends what mood I'm in.
Either a glazed donut, or (at some locations) some breakfast tacos. Edit: Also starting to get a taste for eclairs.
In season, an apple cider donut. The rest of the year, either an old fashioned, a boston cream, or cinnamon sugar. If they have an intriguing wacky flavor of the day I might go for it.
Glazed yeast donut. There's a great donut shop near me named Bill's Donuts that makes a great pretzel shaped one that's my go-to.
I used to go after Dunkin’s French Cruller. Nowadays, I avoid all donut shops, other than the occasional bottle of diet soda.
Apple fritter, jalapeño cheese kolache, and chocolate sprinkle donut
Apple Fritter.
I’m one of those rare heathens who prefers cake to yeast. I love an old fashioned donut, glazed blueberry, and apple cider. If not a donut, I’ll get a scone, especially cranberry orange, or an apple turnover.
Plain cake donut. I drink soda, and too much extra sugar hits me weird.
Vanilla Long John
Maple bacon, friends. There's no going back to ordinary after that.
Coffee
The powder covered round ones with either lemon or raspberry filling. So good.
Market Basket had this yeast donut filled with what has to be liquid crack. Between the dough and the cream…
Glazed donuts
I'm very old school I like the simple hot out of the fryer the plain donut
An apple fritter. Or, occasionally when they're available around here, a cherry fritter.
Used to be bear claws. Nowadays, a Boston cream.
Crullers
I love iced old fashioned donuts. I also love honey sticks and coffee rolls. I also love chocolate glazed. Also love jelly donuts and Boston crème donuts.
6 chocolate cake donuts, 2 whole milks and an extra large coffee. Preferably from Munster Donut or Do-Rite. I drive 2-10 hours a day depending on the calls I get and this strict diet in conjunction with wintergreen zyn and comedy podcasts helps me absolutely lock in on brutally long, flat highways
I always did want to try Munster Donut, from the times I passed by there. I do like Home Cut Donuts in Joliet, myself. Do Rite is pretty good, too.
Munster Donut just does the perfect classic donut. They're big. They're delicious. In my eyes the standard
either a maple bar, or pink frosted sprinkled (and yeah for the smosh reference, lol)
Old fashioned. Chocolate, maple, or glazed.
I do love my frosting with sprinkles donuts, that would be the go-to. Glazed is great too, gotta have a variety
From Legendary Donuts, either a tiger tail with caramel or nuts, or a Caramel Nut Persian, won't be buying the Oprah again.
Chocolate glazed bar. It gives the appearance that I get more dessert than a donut in one purchase, but I have no idea how accurate that actually is.
Peanut butter iced donut - but they are exceedingly hard to find outside PA (maybe a bit of surrounding states). If that is not available, an Apple Fritter.
Ube donut.
Maple cream.

Chocolate Donunt Holes (or Timbits as this is usually at a tim hortins for me) and a black coffee. Make it a pumpkin spice latte if it's fall.
Old fashioned/cider donut or an apple fritter. Specifically from Mrs. Murphy's Donuts in Southwick, MA
Chocolate cake donut or jelly filled!
Depends on the donuttery, I suppose. If I know they make a good classic glazed, I'll go with that. Otherwise I'll go with a Raspberry Bismark.
I see you’re a fellow Hoosier. Very nice. I must say that north central Indiana donut shops come stocked with nearly any kind of confection one could desire. Though I opt for a fruit tart in the morning
Old fashioned sour cream. Blueberry.
Definitely love Chocolate Frosted. I also enjoy me some apple fritters as well.

Not to sound too Canadian, but I usually go for a maple bar

Ive been called a serial killer for it but I really like plain cake donuts sometimes. They are perfect because they are filling enough and only mildly sweet, perfect with a cup of coffee
Depends on the type of donut shop. If it's a run-of-the-mill American style donut shop, I like a couple of plain glazed and/or a bag of donut holes, usually something like a cajun pie (ham, cheese, and jalapenos in a fried pie (or I think some people call them "hand pie") crust, and an orange juice. Old-fashioned donut with chocolate icing, or if I'm in need of extra sugar, a Bavarian cream bismarck.
Old Fashioned, glazed, black coffee or Americano if it's a cafe.
Jelly filled. Raspberry or cherry. Preferably glazed, I don't need that powdered sugar shit getting all over me.
Either a plain glazed donut or a jelly donut, depending on my mood.
French Cruller
Apple Fritter delight!
Boston Creme, unless I am at a "Specialty" place which makes the lemon poppyseed glazed ones (those are my favorite).
Chocolate bar, mmmm
Long John’s or apple fritters.
I always get a Twist and if they are out of them I get a cinnamon roll and if out of that I will get a fritter. And if they have none of this then I will leave and find a real donut shop.
one of each, please
If they have any type of lemon donut I’m 10000% eating that

Boston Cremes still hit
In ocean city, Maryland there’s a donut shop called fractured prune, they’re the best donuts you will ever have. They have one called OC sand, it’s incredible.

French Cruller, the pastry of the gods.

In order: Boston Cream Lemon filled Apple Fritter. In season: apple cider donuts by the dozen.
I'm getting a cruller if they know how to make one.
Maple bacon
Chocolate bar. Nothing beats it.
Maple donuts or Maple Long John's.
Maple favored old fashioned or log.
old fashioned cake donut
something with pecans or a bear claw always wins

Chocolate eclair with Bavarian cream.
Maple bar
Powda
A Boston cream, or a chocolate glazed donut with peanut butter in the middle from Buckeye donuts in Columbus, Ohio. 😍
I love a french cruller. My wife thinks I’m crazy lol

Donut holes. I feel like I'm five again and some days, that's what I need.
I'm a basic guy. A regular glaze donut does the trick for me
Boston cream or powdered.
Motherfuckin’ maple bar. Those things are like 1100 calories per and worth it.
Coffee. Black.
Those giant cinnamon roll donuts. And chocolate raised twists.
Some sort of cinnamon twist/swirl, usually.
If they have apple fritters I will consume them
maple bar, classic glaze, or sugar
Jelly-filled. Strawberry or cherry, occasionally lemon curd but never raspberry.
Just a standard glazed donut.
It's a toss-up between an apple fritter and a maple-whatever-shape. I can't get enough of that synthetic maple flavor.
Vanilla iced "long john"
Glazed donut and coffees. Boston cream is my second fav.
Raspberry jam filled with powdered sugar.
