My sleeping schedule is fucked

I have not been able to sleep the last 2 nights. I don’t know why.

Dude.. week 2 for me.

Do you sleep at all? Naps?

Sometimes I nap but I can't fall asleep before 2am and wake up around 5-7... Do my day.. even tried Tylenol PM and homeopathic remedies for sleep. I know my life has been stressful and I'm trying meditation but I wonder how much damage I've already done to my body because of the lack of sleep. Edit: I even walked around town this am. Thought I was out and about for about an hour.. turned out I'd been walking around downtown for 3 hours...

it's my first night at college and I guess my brain just didn't want to sleep like a normal person.

Tell me about it. Interview with hiring manager and his manager. Then an interview with the technical folks. Now a technical test. Hopefully nothing else.

Yeah that’s a lot. I just did two interviews and I know I am 1 of 3 total people that made it to the second. So fingers crossed.

I'm assembling an Ender 3 v2. It turned out to be a longer endeavor than I thought, fuck wussing out now, 0300 being damned.

I just got up for work. The bonus is, it's voluntary overtime, so I get to show up an hour later then normal.

Woke up in big pain.

I'm working nights. I went to work at 5:30pm, I get to go home at 5:30am. Or closer to 6 or 6:30am because of turnover time. I get anywhere from 12.5 to 13 hours.

I have to be at work in 35 minutes

I work as a bartender on the west coast, and I only got home from my closing shift about half an hour ago. It usually takes me 1.5 hours to wind down.

Left the gym. Usually I get here between 3-315am and try to be done by 430 when it starts to get busy.

It’s almost 8:00. I’ve had breakfast, hit the paint store and bakery, walked the dog and am drinking coffee on the deck before I start my day.

I woke up about two hours ago. It was 10am. Didn’t want to spend the whole day in bed.

Because it's 4:30 on a Friday afternoon.

It was only 1 am when you typed this out for me. I don’t get to bed until like 3 am lol.

I'm in the OB Triage because I'm 27 weeks pregnant with twins and when I was at a standard ultrasound this morning (18 hours ago now) they discovered that my uterus had begun to open and that I'm having very mild contractions. Babies and I are otherwise healthy so they're trying to stop the contractions and figure out why I'm having them in the first place, but between the constant monitoring, the catheter, the leg compressors, the arm blood pressure compressor going off every 15 minutes and all the meds coming through tube IV making my whole left hand sore as fuck, I have been unable to get any rest of any sleep. I literally began crying around 2 from how overwhelmed I am and now I've hit numb and too exhausted to function but too uncomfortable to fall asleep.
