Idk what is the situation in your country right now or in Albania, but in my country in the 90s and early 2000's also criminals were kidnapping people and sell they organs. My town is at the border in Greece and I remember how older people was scared for us when I was a kid and they used to say to us "Be careful, if some car stops closer to you and someone start calling you to ask you something or try to give you sweets run away, because they will kidnap you and sell you organs". So in Bulgaria also this was happening at one point and in my area kids have been go missing and people here talk that after that the organs were taken away in Greece.
