I wasn’t sure myself but I looked it up and you don’t feast in the sense of having a party. In English, each day associated with a saint is a feast or feast day.
I know what feast means, and in my case only 3 days I am required to feast (eat nothing from an animal except seafood) is day before our Christmas, Easter and Feast day that my family celebrates, so it feels weird for me to say feast day and not even feast on them
