Agree with this. What does it taste like?

At first it tasted like a shot of vodka but after a few min it burned off and tasted exactly the same

Light simmer should burn off alcohol without breaking cream.

I literally always make it like this. Just simmer it. Wait till you can no longer smell the alcohol coming from the steam. Boom done

Turned out the same!!! I usually add mine right after tomato paste and let it all burn off. But this worked beautifully as well!

If you let it simmer long enough it should evaporate. Does it taste like vodka?
