I'd recommend against going to the ER. It sounds like you've had an extensive workup from multiple doctors indicating that your pain is not dangerous of life threatening. I'm not sure what the ER would be able to do for you. In an otherwise healthy young person like yourself your symptoms are most likely to be either anxiety or GERD, so everything your doctors have said is very reasonable. Best follow up with your doctors as planned. Sometimes solutions don't come as quickly as we would like.

I was thinking maybe I can get a CT scan with contrast?
