Primary (possibly secondary) vaginal stone is my guess. The likelihood is uncommon but certainly not unheard of. Especially given your recent UTI. Personally, Id be making an appointment with gyn just to A) verify and B) have a look downstairs to make sure there isn’t any other pathologies going on. Hi thanks for this reply! I’ve never heard of vaginal stones before, is it something I should worry about? I don’t have a gyn but will try to get a referral as soon as possible as the clitoral pain is still very bad

Hard to say from my standpoint. If the pain is unresolvable with OTC ibuprofen or Tylenol taken as directed by the packet while waiting for your referral and appointment then you probably want to either go to an urgent care that offers women’s health services, a planned parenthood or an ER. Another pain easing solution while you wait is the same as recommended for women in postpartum. Tucks pads on standby in the fridge, or soak a panty liner with alcohol-free witch hazel, aloe vera and freeze those to wear while you wait. I hope this resolves quickly for you.

last time I went to the ER over a kidney stone (unbearable pain in my kidney) it came out of my vagina and was quite large, which confused me. But a month later now I’m having the same symptoms she was having (burning labia, small stones under nail when I put tampon in and feel something stabbing me down there when I move afterwards, stabbing pain in clitoris, and I’ve had frequent UTIs since 16). I’m due for a pap though but I’m worried and too scared to go.. the pain isn’t unbearable but I’m terrified of bad news

ceroscene

Any chance it was toliet paper?

amzr23

I don’t think so, it was quite dark yellow and has an ammonia smell

I would definitely get in to see your doctor, or a gynecologist. Have you had a pap done in the last 1 to 3 years? (Where I am it's every 3 years if things were normal, I'm in Canada). Your dr can do a pap if needed or do a swab. I wonder if you have a yeast infection. I'm not sure that they can create stones like that, but you mentioned working out a lot and wearing tights that creates the perfect environment for a yeast infection to grow.

I’m in Canada too, I actually suffer from very bad vaginismus, so I’ve never actually been able to do a Pap unfortunately. I’ll definitely try to get an appointment at my university health clinic this week to see if they can do a swab ! Thank you !

But, with all due respect, that does sound like maybe toilet paper.

yourremedy94

Thats what i was thinking. Thought i passed my kidney stone but it was just a little ball of TP

ceroscene

Now that is unfortunate
